Two years after the January 6 pro-Trump rally and Capitol riots, the Dept. of Justice has charged nearly 1,000 people with crimes.
However, nobody has been formally accused of “sedition,” “treason,” or “insurrection,” according to officials.
Sedition is defined as: Conduct or speech inciting people to rebel against the authority of a state or monarch.
Insurrection is defined as: A violent uprising against a government or authority.
Treason is defined as: Betrayal of one’s own country by attempting to overthrow the government through waging war against the state or materially aiding its enemies.
The closest related charge made is “seditious conspiracy,” which is planning or plotting with at least one other person to incite rebellion against the authority; not necessarily, personally, committing an act of sedition. Several suspects pleaded guilty to seditious conspiracy. At least one of them, a member of the “Oath Keepers” group, was not present at the US Capitol on January 6.
To date, it is inaccurate and arguably libelous to refer to January 6 defendants as “insurrectionists.”
Most of the defendants, approximately 860, are charged with entering or remaining in a restricted federal building or grounds.
Typically, when Congress is conducting business on the House or Senate floor, the public has a right to enter the US Capitol and watch the proceedings. However, members of the public were blocked from attending on January 6, and there would not have been space for the many thousands to observe in the normal gallery seats.
So far, the Dept. of Justice reports, about 192 people have been sentenced to jail or prison.
……The only person shot at the US Capitol on January 6 was an unarmed protester named Ashli Babbitt. The US Capitol Police officer who killed her, Lt. Michael Byrd, was not charged with a crime.
……Byrd claimed he’d “saved countless lives” by killing Babbitt, even though Babbitt was unarmed, and there was no evidence she attacked or intended to attack anyone.
Originally, the New York Times and many political and media figures claimed that another police officer, Brian Sicknick, died after protesters hit him with a fire extinguisher. However, the Times and other media reported the story absent any evidence, and the medical examiner later ruled that Sicknick died of natural causes. The medical examiner’s findings were kept secret for several months.
The FBI is still on the hunt for more January 6 suspects.
FBI Special Agent Stephen Friend told Full Measure that he was suspended after objecting to the agency’s heavy-handed tactics in using SWAT-style raids to arrest non-violent January 6 suspects.
In all, the Capitol cop goon squad is responsible for the murders of Benjamin Phillips, Kevin Greeson, Rosanne Boyland, and Ashli Babbitt. Lila Morris, Harry Dunn, and Aquilino Gonell, are the capitol cops who brutally beat Rosanne Boyland to death. None of them were charged. Michael Leroy Byrd—the capitol cop who murdered Ashli Babbitt the same day—, is also walking around scot-free. Byrd was investigated in 2019 for leaving his service weapon laying unattended in a Capitol bathroom. The firearm was Byrd’s service Glock 22, the same style weapon that was reportedly used to murder Babbitt.
A psycho Metro DC police captain named Jason Bagshaw nearly beat Victoria White to death, with his baton, mace, and fists. He has yet to be charged.
The FBI framed the 6 January MAGA protesters by inserting undercover agents and informants in the crowd to encourage violence. It backfired, but that’s not stopping the Feds from targeting people who simply wandered the hallways, stood outside the building, and peacefully protested. The FBI’s role was intended to be subversive and to gather as much intelligence on the participants as possible.

The FBI and DOJ are rounding up dissidents and engaging in political persecutions. The Dems have turned the government into a machine that rivals the Stasi. Look what they’ve done to people who protest the corrupt status quo and refuse to obey the regime. The FBI thugs raided the home of gubernatorial Candidate Ryan Kelley for just standing outside the capitol on January 6.
American political prisoners have been held in solitary confinement in 7X10 cells for 23 hours a day. These people have not been convicted of any crimes, they are being held in “pretrial detention” for trespassing the capitol halls of corruption on 6 January 2021. Their trials have not been set. They have been denied bail. They are not allowed to meet with lawyers in private. They have one hour a day for “exercise”, showers, and phone calls. They have been denied due process.
The 6 January protesters have been beaten and isolated by the guards. Lawyers for one, a man called Ryan Samsel, say he was beaten so badly he has a skull fracture and is now blind in one eye.
One of them died awaiting trial.
Yet, the Antifa/BLM goons responsible for the destruction of neighborhoods, businesses, police stations, and courthouses, have skated out of any legal consequences for their crimes. The Feds refuse to prosecute.
Burn Loot Murder lasted 7 months with 23 people shot dead, and over 150 federal buildings damaged. Antifa’s rampage has resulted in damage comparable to Hurricane Sally. Combined casualties from both groups of thugs numbered 926 as of July 2020. Anarchists took over blocks of city neighborhoods in Seattle and Portland. They’re still at it. They commit arson, assault, murder, and vandalize. They’ve destroyed businesses, livelihoods, police stations, and courthouses. Very few have been arrested and charged. No one in the Dem party or liberal media calls it insurrection or demands justice.
When Prog radicals stormed into the Hart Senate building and the state capitols of Iowa, Wisconsin, and Georgia, none of them were shot. When left-wing protesters tried to break down the door to the SCOTUS while Bret Kavanaugh was sworn in, no one was shot. Sandy Cortez led a group of protesters that stormed Pelosi’s office in 2018 for hours until Capitol Hill Police arrested 51 of the protesters for unlawful entry and protest; a stunt that was praised by the media. No one was shot.
More than 2,000 law enforcement officers were injured during what the media called “mostly peaceful” protests. They even tried to breach the White House in May 2020, creating a threat so serious that Secret Service agents were forced to rush then-President Donald Trump into a secure bunker.
These show trials are a travesty. This is the kind of shit that happens in communist dictatorships and Banana Republics.
The Dems and their media tools aid and abet Biden’s autocracy and the jackbooted thugs in the FBI and the DOJ.
