Fury has erupted over a disturbing image of President Donald Trump being displayed on a Kent State University building’s window in Ohio.
The huge rendering of Trump’s bloody head floating with a pike through the middle was featured on the public university campus alongside the shocking sentiment: ‘We only have to get lucky once.’
Kent State confirmed to DailyMail.com the that work exists and revealed it had been created by an art student.
‘The Kent State student whose art class exhibition included depictions of violence toward elected officials has agreed to remove the display,’ the university said in a statement.
‘The university supports the student’s decision and the work of the faculty to bring about a resolution to this matter.’
The piece was supposed to be an exhibition for the Center for the Visual Arts, the university said.
Campus police said they are aware of the threatening depiction of Trump, but did not comment further on the situation.
The image was first posted by popular right-wing X account Libs of TikTok.
………’Kent State has a history of starting riots and then blaming the police after they instigate a law enforcement response,’ one person wrote on X. ‘This university needs massive reforms and funding cuts until they achieve them.’
‘The last time they let a bunch of violent leftists run amuck on their campus the National Guard took care of it,’ another wrote. ‘Maybe try that again?’
