The LRAD is a highly directional loudspeaker originally developed for military use. It can broadcast amplified voice commands over long distances or emit piercing deterrent tones designed to disrupt and disorient crowds. Medical and defense experts have warned that close-range exposure to the system can cause serious harm, including permanent hearing loss, ruptured eardrums, migraines, nausea, balance issues and panic reactions. LRAD is also referred to as The Voice of God, due to its intense sound effects. They should use it full blast.

A disabled Vietnam Vet man popular in his Portland, Oregon community, and known as Captain Jerry, was confronted and knocked unconscious overnight by a man who describes himself as the “President of Antifa” – Michael James Duntley. It appears the disabled veteran was fleeing or trying to leave the area near an ICE protest when he was slammed over by Duntley. Captain Jerry hit his head on the pavement and the fall resulted in a concussion and broken ribs. Captain Jerry was rendered unconscious for several minutes. Duntley weighs about 350 and has a prior history of violent behavior, including attempts to push people off unicycles. As of the latest available information, Duntley has NOT been arrested by Portland police.
