Double Standards for Obamagate Perps

US AG William Barr just stated that he does not expect Obama or Biden to be investigated for their part in Obamagate:

“As to President Obama and Biden, whatever their level of involvement, based on the information I have today, I don’t expect Mr. Durham’s work will lead to a criminal investigation of either man. Our concern of potential criminality is focused on other individuals.”

Said Barr: “Not every abuse of power, no matter how outrageous, is necessarily a federal crime.”

Really???

25 CFR § 11.448 – Abuse of office (Code of Federal Regulations)

§ 11.448 Abuse of office.

A person acting or purporting to act in an official capacity or taking advantage of such actual or purported capacity commits a misdemeanor if, knowing that his or her conduct is illegal, he or she:

(a) Subjects another to arrest, detention, search, seizure, mistreatment, dispossession, assessment, lien or other infringement of personal or property rights; or

(b) Denies or impedes another in the exercise or enjoyment of any right, privilege, power or immunity.

Obama violated the law and the Constitution the entire time he occupied the White House. He’s the fucking poster child for impeachment and indictment.

While Barr is considering the ‘criminality of other individuals’, he needs to go after Hillary Clinton, Adam Schiff, James Comey, Eric Holder, John Brennan, Andrew McCabe, and Susan Rice.

Those are just a few of the Obama operatives that used their office to commit crimes and engage in corruption.

The illegal wiretapping, FISA abuse, and the attempted coup d’ etat of a duly elected President goes all the way to the top of the Obama regime.

William Barr acknowledged that himself.
