Two former prosecutors who charged and went after those who took part in the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol are now coming clean about their true intentions.
During a hearing before the Senate Intelligence Committee, the disgraced lawyers admitted to locking up Americans for misdemeanors.
Mike Romano, a former federal prosecutor in the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) Public Integrity Section, testified last week at a hearing held Jan. 6, stating he is “proud” of the cases he oversaw, which imprisoned persons present at the Capitol.
“Thanks to the work of our team, the Justice Department charged more than 1,500 people with crimes and obtained criminal convictions against almost 1,300 people,” Romano said. “We ensured that the rioters would face accountability, no matter how short-lived. Our work created a public record of the crimes committed that day.”
Another angry former DOJ prosecutor, Sara Levine, wailed furiously in a long, egotistical rant about her career, how she was hired, what she did, what it meant to her, and how she was eventually fired.
Levine did not cry or express worry about locking up so many breadwinners in American families and permanently tarnishing their employment records with a federal conviction. She was proud of her work at the DOJ and disappointed that Trump obliterated her accomplishments.
“Jan. 20, 2025 the president pardoned almost all of the defendants charged on Jan. 6 and commuted the sentence of every other rioter. I was heartbroken all that effort to pursue justice for the officers and the country was wiped away with a single proclamation,” Levine said while crying.
Following J6, former President Joe Biden’s Department of Justice spent the following four years tracking down attendance. The FBI investigated Americans in their homes, disrupting many lives.
The FBI prioritized convictions over more serious challenges to America. The prosecutors who worked tirelessly to secure convictions on January 6th can’t believe they were overzealous and prosecuted far too many individuals.
In certain situations, they breached the Sixth Amendment’s right to a swift trial by detaining some individuals for over a year before trial and imprisoning others for trivial offenses.

The Biden regime directed the FBI and DOJ to go after political dissidents from January 6, instead of going after terrorists. Chris Wray’s FBI jackboots raided hundreds of homes with dozens of armed agents after Trump supporters simply walked inside the US Capitol that day after they were waved in.
Most of those prisoners were convicted and sentenced to atrocious jail sentences for misdemeanors; i.e. “parading and trespassing”.
American political prisoners were held for years in solitary confinement in 7X10 cells for 23 hours a day. These people were not convicted of any crimes, they were being held in “pretrial detention” for trespassing the capitol halls of corruption on 6 January 2021. Their trials were not set. They were denied bail. They were allowed to meet with lawyers in private. They had one hour a day for “exercise”, showers, and phone calls. They were denied due process. The jailed protesters were beaten and isolated by the guards. Lawyers for one, a man called Ryan Samsel, say he was beaten so badly he has a skull fracture and is now blind in one eye. One of them died awaiting trial.
Their civil rights were taken away by authoritarian thugs who worked at the direction of a corrupt DOJ.
The murder victims of Pelosi’s capitol police: Benjamin Phillips, Kevin Greeson, Rosanne Boyland, and Ashli Babbitt were killed at the hands of capitol cops Lila Morris, Harry Dunn, Aquilino Gonell, and Michael Leroy Byrd. None of them were charged.
J6 defendants Matthew Perna, Jord Meachum, Mark Aungst, Chris Stanton and David Homol committed suicide following the merciless harassment by the government.
Dems facilitated and supported 18 months of Antifa and BLM riots across the country including the attack on the White House in June of 2020. They tried to breach the White House a month before, creating a threat so serious that Secret Service agents were forced to rush then-President Donald Trump into a secure bunker. They bailed out arrested rioters. They encourage mob violence on their behalf and justify it by saying it’s ‘essential’ for change.

Combined casualties from both groups of thugs numbered 926 as of July 2020. Anarchists took over blocks of city neighborhoods in Seattle and Portland. They’re still at it. The Feds refuse to prosecute.
More than 2,000 law enforcement officers were injured during what the media called “mostly peaceful” protests.
Prog radicals stormed into the Hart Senate building and the state capitols of Iowa, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Left-wing protesters tried to break down the door to the SCOTUS while Bret Kavanaugh was sworn in. Sandy Cortez led a group of protesters that stormed Pelosi’s office in 2018 for hours until Capitol Hill Police arrested 51 of the protesters for unlawful entry and protest; a stunt that was praised by the media. No one was shot, harassed, or rounded up and thrown into Biden’s gulag.
Thousands of pro-PLO/Hamas radicals descended on DC, trying to breach the White House grounds, and committing assault and vandalism. The FBI and DOJ jackboots never rounded them up and sent them to Biden’s gulag.
The fucking twats in Biden’s DOJ said they were just “exercising their basic civil rights”.
Never in the history of this country has a political party been so unfettered in its ability to weaponize government agencies against political opponents and citizens who object to their malfeasance.
The focus of the weaponized FBI and DOJ was to target the people designated by the DNC and the Biden regime. They were no longer in the business of law enforcement. They engaged in violating civil liberties, suppressing evidence of Biden family crimes, destroying exculpatory evidence, targeting Catholics, suppressing free speech, encouraging citizens to turn in their “extremist” relatives, violating the right to privacy, and rounding up dissidents.
They perverted the justice system for political agenda.
The corrupt FBI paid so-called ‘sedition hunters’ to identify people who were at the Capitol on 6 January. All the “sedition hunters” should be subpoenaed before a grand jury and made to divulge their information, who hired them, and how much they were paid.
The Dems who put them in prison as well as the prison guards who treated them as if it were a Nazi concentration camp, should be brought to justice.
Every one of the political prisoners should be allowed to testify before Congress about the abuse and travesty they suffered at the hands of Biden’s gulag guards.
