Trump’s DOJ just fired all the J6 persecutors in the DC Office:

Justice Department (DOJ) officials fired several prosecutors who worked on President Trump’s criminal cases, saying they could not “trust” them.
The move impacted at least a dozen prosecutors who worked both on Trump’s election interference case as well as another for improperly retaining records at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.
“Today, Acting Attorney General James McHenry terminated the employment of a number of DOJ officials who played a significant role in prosecuting President Trump,” a DOJ official said in a statement.
“In light of their actions, the Acting Attorney General does not trust these officials to assist in faithfully implementing the President’s agenda. This action is consistent with the mission of ending the weaponization of government.”
CNN first reported the terminations.
Special counsel Jack Smith moved to dismiss without prejudice both cases against Trump shortly after the election, citing Justice Department policy prohibiting prosecuting a sitting president.
He resigned from his post at the tail end of the Biden presidency.
But the second-week move signals how the Justice Department plans to contend with the numerous career prosecutors who worked on the cases, some of whom predated Smith’s arrival.
According to a photo of the termination letters posted by CNN, they specifically reference Trump’s grievances with the prosecutions against him.
They quote remarks from Trump on his first day in office, blaming the Biden administration for a “systemic campaign against its perceived political opponents.”
“Nowhere was that effort more salient than in the unprecedented prosecutions the Department of Justice pursued against President Trump himself,” McHenry wrote.
The Monday terminations were effective immediately.
Some appeared to have anticipated possible blowback.
Jay Bratt, the top prosecutor on the Mar-a-Lago case, retired earlier this month.
The firings come as The Wall Street Journal reported the DOJ is likewise asking prosecutors who worked on the case of Jan. 6 defendants to turn over their files on those who were charged with felony obstruction under 1512(c)(2).
That direction comes after the Supreme Court last year sided with a Jan. 6 defendant in determining the statute had been too broadly applied.
Trump on his first day in office either pardoned or commuted the sentences of the more than 1,500 charged in connection with the storming of the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
President Trump has exceeded our wildest expectations and it’s only day 11.
Ed Martin, interim U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, announced the firings of approximately 30 attorneys formerly assigned to some 1,600 Capitol siege prosecutions. The terminated individuals received notice at around 5 p.m. ahead of the weekend. Meanwhile, the administration is reportedly acting to remove a number of FBI agents known to have been involved in investigations of Trump and the sacking of the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
According to The Washington Post, the D.C. attorneys purged on Friday amount to 8 percent of the office’s prosecutors. They had been hired for permanent career positions, from which they’ve now been fired. These employees were still under probationary status, having first come aboard as short-term additional hires to deal with the enormous Jan. 6 caseload — which means they have no recourse in challenging their dismissal.
Donald Trump‘s Justice Department is firing more than a dozen officials who worked on former Special Counsel Jack Smith’s cases against him.
Smith charged Trump in two separate prosecutions with trying to overturn his 2020 election defeat and mishandling of classified documents.
The officials, who were on Smith’s team, were fired after Acting Attorney General James McHenry said they could not now be trusted to pursue the president’s policies in good faith, Fox News reported.
A Justice Department official told the network: ‘Today, McHenry terminated the employment of a number of officials who played a significant role in prosecuting President Trump.
‘In light of their actions, the Acting Attorney General does not trust these officials to assist in faithfully implementing the President’s agenda.’
Smith, who resigned before Trump took office, concluded in a report released earlier this month that the president engaged in an ‘unprecedented criminal effort’ to hold on to power after losing the 2020 election.
He was ultimately thwarted in bringing the cases to trial due to Trump’s election victory.
Trump’s lawyers have called Smith’s actions politically motivated.
The president denies any wrongdoing in the cases, which Smith dropped shortly after Trump was elected.
In a separate development, the Wall Street Journal reported on Monday that a Trump-appointed prosecutor had opened an internal review of the Justice Department’s decision to charge hundreds of January 6 defendants with felony obstruction offenses in connection with the 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
This:

Jack Smith finally resigned in disgrace after failing to make the bogus charges of “insurrection” and ‘mishandling of classified documents‘ stick. As a matter of fact, Smith’s final report concluded that there was zero evidence of “insurrection”.
The Dem cabal started persecuting Donald Trump the day he came down the escalator at Trump Towers and declared his candidacy.
There’s actual evidence of an attempted coup d’état against a duly elected president with a fake dossier, illegal spying, lying to the FISA court, and a “Russian collusion hoax“. The DOJ and FBI are no longer in law enforcement. They’ve become a weaponized political tool of the DNC. They should be dismantled from the top down.
There’s a two-tiered system of justice in America; The Dem criminal conglomerate continues to use their positions to abuse power and commit crimes. When squalling she-ass Nancy Pelosi declares “No one is above the law”, it flies in the face of reality. If it were true, Hillary and Bill Clinton, Joe and Hunter Biden, B. Hussein Obama, Eric Holder, Nancy Pelosi, James Comey, and James Clapper, would have been indicted, convicted, and jailed.
Anger over the incessant persecution of Donald Trump is justified and should be condemned. The endless campaign against him by Dem malfeasants is illegal and unconstitutional.
President Trump has been through the gauntlet of illegal and unconstitutional tactics by the Dems’ weaponized agencies. And he still remains unscathed.
First impeachment shitshow: Fail
Second impeachment shitshow: Fail
“Russian collusion”: Fail
Mar-a-Lago raid: Fail
Documents charge and J6 charge: Fail
“Hush money”: Fail
Good riddance Jack. But don’t go too far. A reckoning is coming.
