Susan Rice, the Tool That Keeps on Giving

Remember Susie? She appeared on five Sunday talk shows to repeat Obama’s  talking points after the terrorist attack on the U.S. embassy in Benghazi.

She was just interviewed on 60 Minutes and continued her spiel:

“I don’t have time to think about the false controversy,” Rice said. “In the midst of all of swirl about things like talking points, the administration has been working very, very hard across the globe to review our security of our embassies and our facilities. That’s what we ought to be focused on.”

Obama feels the same way when it comes to owning his fuckups:

“That’s what we’ve been fighting for, but with an endless parade of distractions, political posturing and phony scandals, Washington has taken its eye off the ball”

In October 2012, it was revealed that Obama denied outright an urgent request to send more security to the embassy.

Here’s a link to a video of Fox News reporter Bret Baier reading (at about 06:45 into the video) the emails from Ambassador Stevens to the State Department, one of which is just 4 hours prior to the attack. Each one plead for more security in the face of growing terrorist violence in the area.

Oh, and by the way, some SpecOps did make it to Benghazi, further eroding all the lies Hillary and Obama told about no time or resources to send for help.

That kind of shit makes my blood boil.  It’s so obvious that Hillary and Obama couldn’t have cared less about the wide-spread terrorist violence in Libya nor the urgency of Stevens’ plea for more security. Lying, spinning, and coverup is so much easier than admitting incompetence and depraved indifference.

She also trivialized the NSA’s 4th Amendment violations:

Lesley Stahl: Officials in the intelligence community have actually been untruthful both to the American public in hearings in Congress and to the FISA Court.

Susan Rice: There have been cases where they have inadvertently made false representations. And they themselves have discovered it and corrected it.

The NSA “inadvertently” collected thousands of emails, phone records, and other communications on Americans who are in no way shape or form, connected to muzzie terrorism.   The agency finally admitted the indiscriminate blanket surveillance did nothing to foil any terrorist plots.  But they’re going to continue to do it anyway, in direct violation of the Constitution, with Obama’s blessing.

As for Rice, she  has a lengthy record of epic fails, including playing a primary role (along with Bubba Clinton) in refusing to allow Sudan to turn Bin Laden over to the U.S.   Competency is not her forte, so she fits right in with Obama’s cabinet.
