President-elect Donald Trump has been sentenced to an unconditional discharge in his NY criminal trial, avoiding fines, jail, or probation. I wonder how much taxpayer money was wasted on this political circus?
The whole point is to give the DNC media tools permission to label Trump “convicted felon”.

Judge Juan Merchan delivered his sentence to President Trump today in the unprecedented lawfare case against the former US President and most popular US President in history.
Merchan declined to impose a punishment on President Trump in his sentencing.

……..In May, Trump was convicted on all 34 felony counts after he was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer. For some reason, Trump was charged 34 times for the accounting errors. The misdemeanors were changed to felonies in order to stick it to the former president. The far-left kangaroo court swiftly found him guilty of fake crimes.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg alleged Trump committed fraud because the payment was labeled “legal fees.” This was complete nonsense. No one has ever in history been indicted or convicted for such bogus charges. But we are talking about the cesspool of New York, and we are talking about the communist left.
President Trump’s lawyers repeatedly demanded Merchan recuse himself over conflicts of interest involving his daughter Loren Merchan.
Loren Merchan’s political firm made tens of millions of dollars off of her father’s case against Trump.
The entire case was a setup to get Trump.
At some point, Judge Merchan and Alvin Bragg need to be investigated on this egregious abuse of the judicial system.
No conditions. No probation. No jail time. No case.
Two major Democratic clients of the daughter of the judge overseeing Donald Trump’s hush-money trial have raised at least $93 million in campaign donations — and used the case in their solicitation emails — raising renewed concerns that the jurist has a major conflict of interest.
Trump’s attorneys are considering filing another motion demanding Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan recuse himself from the trial set to begin April 15, sources said.
The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is president of Authentic Campaigns, a Chicago-based progressive political consulting firm whose top clients include Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), who was the lead prosecutor in Trump’s first impeachment trial, and the Senate Majority PAC, a major party fundraiser.
“Authentic Campaigns, and thus the judge’s daughter, is actively making money from this sham attack against President Trump, rendering Judge Merchan conflicted out,” Trump spokesman Steven Cheung told The Post, adding that evidence of bias is even clearer now than it was in August when Merchan rejected Trump’s first recusal motion.
“The judge should do the right thing and immediately recuse himself in order to show the American people that the Democrats have not destroyed our justice system completely … him continuing to be involved in this Crooked Joe Biden-directed Witch Hunt is a complete violation of applicable rules, regulations and ethics.”
That is a HUGE conflict of interest. But as long as Trump was the target, it was ok.
The Dem cabal started persecuting Donald Trump the day he came down the escalator at Trump Towers and declared his candidacy.
There’s actual evidence of an attempted coup d’ etat against a duly elected president with a fake dossier, illegal spying, lying to the FISA court, and a “Russian collusion hoax“. The DOJ and FBI are no longer in law enforcement. They’ve become a weaponized political tool of the DNC. They should be dismantled from the top down.
There’s a two-tiered system of justice in America; The Dem criminal conglomerate continues to use their positions to abuse power and commit crimes. When squalling she-ass Nancy Pelosi declares “No one is above the law”, it flies in the face of reality. If it were true, Hillary and Bill Clinton, Joe and Hunter Biden, B. Hussein Obama, Eric Holder, Nancy Pelosi, James Comey, and James Clapper, would have been indicted, convicted, and jailed.
Anger over the incessant persecution of Donald Trump is justified and should be condemned. The endless campaign against him by Dem malfeasants is illegal and unconstitutional.
President Trump has been through the gauntlet of illegal and unconstitutional tactics by the Dems’ weaponized agencies. And he still remains unscathed.
