During yesterday’s hearing on Benghazi, Representative Martha Roby asked Clinton if she had a SCIF (Secured Classified Information Facility) at home, what she was doing when the crisis unfolded, and if she was alone at the time.
In psychological terms, this is called “inappropriate affect”.
