Since Khan is an attorney and he loves to selectively wave the Constitution, he needs to familiarize himself with the FEDERAL LAW:
8 U.S. Code § 1325 – Improper entry by alien
8 U.S. Code § 1324 – Bringing in and harboring certain aliens
Since B. Hussein violates the law and the Constitution on a regular basis, Khan needs to wave a copy of the document in front of Barky’s face and ask if he’s ever read it.
There are valid reasons to scrutinize muzzie immigrants and stop illegal aliens.

Khizr Khantold CNN’s Jim Acosta Sunday morning that terror has “nothing to do with Islam.” This is a bold-faced lie.
