UPDATE:
And now we have the latest bombshell to drop, through documents provided by Ed Martin. As you know, in addition to full pardons, the Biden Administration purported to commute the sentences of many people in the waning days of his presidency.
(Side note: A clemency or a commutation, in Constitutional terms, part of the pardon power. Thus whether we are talking about a full pardon, a clemency or a commutation, the issues are the same. For this reason, we will occasionally refer to a clemency or commutation as a pardon.)
In this piece, we are focusing on a mass clemency purportedly issued on January 17, 2025, because apparently there might be a serious problem with the clemency. An account called ‘Oversight Project’ provides the details in a thread, but we are going to take the thread out of order, because we think it is easier to see the problem this way:

………So what’s the problem? Well, the thing is, a pardon has to be clear about at least two things or else the courts might have trouble enforcing it.
First, who is getting the pardon? One way or the other, the pardon has to state who gets the pardon in clear terms. It can describe broad categories of people. For instance, we noted here, when Jimmy Carter pardoned many draft dodgers from the Vietnam war, he didn’t name every possible draft dodger. Rather he described them categorically…..
It’s like Biden’s inner circle picked and chose which shitbags to pardon without the knowledge of the addlebrained moron.

During a revealing segment on Mark Halperin’s show “2WAY Tonight,” Senior Trump DOJ official Ed Martin dropped a political bombshell. Martin named names in the growing scandal surrounding President Joe Biden’s — or someone’s — use of the autopen, the mechanical device used to sign official documents. According to Martin, the issue isn’t the use of the autopen itself, but who was really in charge of it while Biden’s cognitive state was in steep decline.
“All presidents use autopen, but there seems to be a sense in the Trump administration that Joe Biden — or people on his behalf — used the autopen to sign things, including pardons, that may not be legally or constitutionally permissible if Biden wasn’t actually the one authorizing them,” Halperin noted off the bat. He then read from a Truth Social post by President Trump, who accused Biden’s handlers of hijacking the autopen process and engaging in “treason at the highest level.”
Ed Martin then confirmed that he’s been probing the issue for some time. “I was in the office as U.S. Attorney for about five days when I wrote to a number of senior Biden officials in the White House, asking, ‘What did you know about Joe Biden’s competence and the pardons?’” Martin said. While he didn’t get many responses, he revealed that some of the recipients quickly lawyered up.
According to Martin, the use of the autopen wasn’t the problem — unless it was being used to mask Biden’s incapacity. “If you have someone who’s not competent, they can’t enter into a contract,” he said. “And if you do enter into a contract, you’ve committed fraud.” He described the Biden pardons as “unprecedented,” particularly the mass wave of pardons issued just before Christmas, and questioned whether Biden was even aware of them.
Then came the real revelation. Martin said a whistleblower recently came forward — “a senior Democrat from the Biden 2020 campaign at the highest levels” — who identified the individuals allegedly controlling access to the president and profiting from it. “The gatekeepers were [Ron] Klain, Anita Dunn, and Bob Bauer,” Martin stated. “Those three were really dominant characters in the White House.”
He added, “I said, ‘What about Susan Rice? What about some of these others?’ And they said, ‘No, these were the ones.’” Martin also mentioned that Steve Ricchetti and even Jill Biden had peripheral involvement, but the core control, according to the whistleblower, rested with that trio.
One thing that really stuck out to me was the overlap between this list and the list of people Former DNC insider Lindy Li revealed as Biden advisors who were running the White House for Joe Biden.
“Steve Ricchetti. Anita Dunn. Mike Donilon. Ron Klain. Jeff Zients. Bob Bauer, Biden’s personal lawyer,” Li revealed back in February. “I’m going to get in so much trouble for saying all this — please give me credit for it — but these are the people who ran our country for the last four years.”
Biden staffers were taking payoffs in exchange for autopen pardons.
Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett has alleged that staffers in Joe Biden’s administration engaged in a “cash for clemency” scheme, using an autopen to issue pardons in exchange for financial payoffs.
An autopen is a device that mechanically reproduces signatures.On Tuesday, Rep. Burchett appeared on “The Benny Johnson Show” and stated, “You are gonna find staffers that were able to take forms, get them and run them through some sort of bogus legal system, then they auto-penned them.”
Burchett said he believes there was a pay-for-pardon scheme happening, and pointed to a historical scandal involving former Tennessee Governor Ray Blanton, who was implicated in selling pardons in the 1970s.
Another words, they took bribes to use Biden’s autopen signature on the preemptive pardons of himself, Tony Fauci, the J6 committee, Mark Milley, and his family crime syndicate. Now, arrest every single one of them.

18 U.S. Code § 1519 – Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records
18 U.S. Code § 1512 – Tampering with a witness
18 U.S. Code § 1503 – Obstruction of justice
18 U.S. Code § 201(b) – Bribery
18 U.S. Code § 2381 – Treason
Biden’s WHCOS, Jeff Zients, knew that Biden’s brain was cooked. Joe can’t wipe his own ass and Kammy has the IQ of a doorknob.
He signed whatever his staff put in front of him and they used autopen for the rest.
Every one of his executive orders should be declared null and void.
