Former Capitol Police Officer Michael Fanone, who has made a career out of having been at the Capitol on January 6, 2021, was a guest on Maya May’s podcast (we hadn’t heard of it either) and made some rather bold statements for someone who keeps reliving law enforcement officers being obstructed and injured. According to Breitbart News, Fanone said that it’s time for Americans to “utilize their Second Amendment right” to protect themselves from “a lawless agency that’s killing Americans.”
…….So now he wants these trained ICE Watch “warriors” armed to protect themselves from ICE agents? Here’s an idea … leave them alone and let them do their jobs and nobody gets hurt.
Fanone, who testified in front of the Committee and was subsequently hired by CNN as a law enforcement analyst, told CBS News, “He’s (Trump) is going to weaponize the Department of Justice…and use it to go after people like myself… . He’s telling us exactly what he plans on doing.”
Fanone has a lot of gall whining about ‘weaponizing the DOJ and going after people like him’, especially when the fucking J6 ‘committee’ was a shining example of weaponizing.
He had a crying jag in front of the cameras during the J6 committee shitshow. Video from 6 January actually shows Trump supporters rescuing him from a volatile situation. He forgot about that while he bawled.
He also went on a drunken meltdown during President Trump’s reelection in 2024.
Fanone is an insufferable, craven little twat. He’ll run his mouth on a podcast, but I guarantee you’ll never see his ass backing up his rhetoric in a confrontation with ICE. He’ll end up like Renee Good.
