The same people who cheered the murders of UNARMED Ashli Babbitt and Charlie Kirk are crying over a violent anti-ICE thug who brought a 9MM Sig with two extra magazines to a “peaceful protest”.

According to CNN, he was already in an altercation with law enforcement a week prior to being shot:
Alex Pretti, the man shot and killed by Border Patrol agents over the weekend, reportedly had a previous violent confrontation with federal officers that left him injured.
“It is unclear how Pretti first came to the attention of federal authorities, but sources told CNN that about a week before his death, he suffered a broken rib when a group of federal officers tackled him while he was protesting their attempt to detain other individuals,” the news outlet said.
CNN added, “The earlier incident started when he stopped his car after observing ICE agents chasing what he described as a family on foot, and began shouting and blowing his whistle, according to a source who asked not to be named out of fear of retribution.
…….“Pretti was later given medication consistent with treating a broken rib, according to records reviewed by CNN,” the outlet reported.
The Department of Homeland Security said in a statement to CNN that “DHS law enforcement has no record of this incident.”
Conservative podcast host Hayley Caronia posted on social media platform X in response to the story, “So according to CNN’s sources, ICU nurse Alex Pretti broke his rib a week ago. Then he was out in the streets for round 2 with ICE agents just days later. Is he not on video pulling that woman up from the ground? Was he taking painkillers? This does not add up.”
He also spit on an ICE vehicle and kicked out the tail light. He was carrying a weapon during that assault as well. He should have been shot then.

Alex Pretti, the anti-ICE agitator who was shot and killed while attempting to draw a gun on U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agents in Minneapolis, was not carrying a valid ID at the time of the shooting.
Pretti, 37, confronted agents during an immigration enforcement operation targeting an illegal alien wanted for violent assault, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said in a statement. Footage from the scene shows Pretti filming agents and eventually intervening to stop the arrest of a fellow agitator before a scuffle ensured.
During the struggle with federal agents, Pretti can be seen reaching towards his waistband, at which point agents shouted “gun” and opened fire.
In Minnesota, individuals with a Permit to Carry a Pistol are required to carry both their valid permit card and a government-issued photo identification, such as a driver’s license or state ID card, when carrying a firearm.
Failure to carry these items while carrying a pistol is a classified as a petty misdemeanor. Additionally, upon a peace officer’s request, the permit holder must disclose whether they are currently carrying a firearm, according to Minnesota law.
There is no indication that Pretti told agents he was carrying a firearm when he interfered with a federal law enforcement operation.
Interfering with ICE and/or CBP officers while they are making an arrest is a federal felony. The primary federal statute that applies is 18 U.S.C. § 111, which prohibits forcibly assaulting, resisting, opposing, impeding, intimidating, or interfering with federal officers or employees (including ICE and CBP agents) while they are engaged in or on account of the performance of their official duties.
“Interfering” or “impeding” can include physically intervening to stop or hinder an arrest, such as pushing an officer, blocking their path, grabbing the person being arrested, or using force to prevent the arrest.
Eyewitness footage shows Pretti inserting himself into an arrest situation before grabbing the suspect, at which point he and the suspect became involved in a struggle with federal agents.
At this point I think I’ve seen every available angle of the shooting of Alex Pretti this weekend in Minnesota.
Here are the two key takeaways you need to know:
- It’s perfectly legal to carry a firearm to a protest.
I know because I’ve done it countless times over the years. The reason I was never arrested or shot is because at said protests I never interrupted and/or disrupted a law enforcement operation while armed.
- You cannot obstruct a law enforcement operation.
This is illegal. It’s made even worse if you do it while you are armed.
Pretti made the choice to disrupt a federal operation — made necessary because blue-state leaders refused to honor ICE detainers on violent repeat offenders so they had to go there themselves to enforce the law — which set off a chain reaction of tragic events.
A paid anti-ICE mob has descended on Minneapolis-St Paul Airport to harass, bully, and menace travelers and ICE agents doing their job arresting illegal alien criminals.
Hundreds of anti-ICE leftists, including approximately 100 clergy members, stormed the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) on Friday, leading to mass arrests and major disruptions for travelers.
According to reports, the agitators blocked access points and infuriated passengers already facing uncertain travel due to the approaching storm and frigid weather.
Far-left religious activist group “Faith in Minnesota” posted a video of members being arrested, claiming “over 100 clergy and faith leaders were arrested,” during the stunt.
……..The demonstration was tied to ongoing protests against ICE’s “Operation Metro Surge,” a targeted crackdown that has led to the arrest of numerous criminal illegal aliens in the Twin Cities area, including pedophiles, domestic abusers, and gang members.
An armed individual was fatally shot by federal immigration agents in Minneapolis, and the firearm was taken by law enforcement on Saturday.
The Department of Homeland Security confirmed to The Daily Wire that the “suspect had a firearm with 2 magazines,” but noted that the situation is “evolving,” with more details expected to emerge. According to Fox News, the shooting occurred around 26th St. and Nicollet Ave.
In a statement sent to The Daily Wire by DHS said that on Saturday morning that the incident occurred during a “targeted operation” for an illegal immigrant “wanted for violent assault,” and then an individual came up to Border Patrol agents with the “semi-automatic handgun.”
‘The officers attempted to disarm the suspect but the armed suspect violently resisted. More details on the armed struggle are forthcoming. Fearing for his life and the lives and safety of fellow officers, an agent fired defensive shots. Medics on scene immediately delivered medical aid to the subject but was pronounced dead at the scene,” the statement read.
“The suspect also had 2 magazines and no ID—this looks like a situation where an individual wanted to do maximum damage and massacre law enforcement. About 200 rioters arrived at the scene and began to obstruct and assault law enforcement on the scene, crowd control measures were deployed for the safety of the public and law enforcement. This situation is evolving, and more information is forthcoming,” it continued.
ICE was there to arrest a violent illegal.
The illegal immigrant being sought during the operation that resulted in the death of a 37-year-old U.S. citizen had a violent rap sheet that included domestic assault involving intentional bodily harm, according to federal officials.
Jose Huerta-Chuma ultimately escaped capture during the chaos……
Huerta-Chuma, reportedly an Ecuadorian national, also had other convictions, including driving without a valid license and disorderly conduct, when agents attempted to take him into custody at a Minneapolis donut shop.
The dead rioter has been identified as Alex Jeffrey Pretti, reports The Star Tribune, citing sources familiar with the investigation. Pretti, 37, has an address listed in south Minneapolis.

The federal agent saw a direct threat, forcing him to pull his weapon FAST. He was reacting to what was right in front of him.
Pretti was still fighting and moving even after the first shot was fired.
ICE is arresting murderers, violent child rapists, and gang members, along with the foreign nationals who are getting deported for being in the country illegally. They were working to arrest convicted pedophiles and murderers while Renee Good tried to run over one of the officers.
They’re also arresting Somali nationals who commit murder, billions of dollars in welfare fraud, and fund the Al-Shabaab terrorist group.
The anti-ICE mob isn’t interested in the facts. They are crisis actors for the Left. Violence and chaos are the methods.
This latest rampage of rioting commies, anarchists, and Soros rent-a-mobs is over the mass deportations of criminal illegal aliens and equal enforcement of the law against Dems who break it.
Dem officials praise the onslaught of assaults, arson, vandalism, and attacks against ICE officers. Instead of clearing the streets of these thugs, they welcome the chaos and blame ICE and of course, Trump.
The DemLeft has called for the murder of ICE agents and said that their comrades “should be willing to get shot” for the cause.

Every single tactic in response to law enforcement and ICE is organized by a well established and funded communist system. The financiers and top level organizers who fund and create these rent-a-mobs should be brought up on RICO charges.
Their goal is to destroy America and Western civilization. They should be purged from the country and the planet.
