Democrats have the worst heroes.
They just do.
Michael Fanone, for example, is a crazy, hot mess of desperation, especially now that his keepers like Nancy Pelosi don’t really need him anymore. What purpose does he serve other than to be a reminder of the failure Pelosi was and how much she adored this guy?
During today’s public congressional oversight hearing on the Office of Special Counsel Jack Smith, held by the House Judiciary Committee, an altercation erupted between Michael Fanone—a total nutbag—and Ivan Raiklin, a conservative activist.
Fanone, who appeared as a witness or participant in the hearing, confronted Raiklin directly, accusing him of making threats against his family, including explicit threats involving harm to his children (such as ‘rape my children,’ what?!).
I’ll take Shit That Never Happened for 1000, Alex.
This led to shouting, with Fanone calling Raiklin a ‘sick bastard’ and demanding that the chairman control the ‘deranged observer.’ Raiklin responded calmly, contrasting his ‘professional’ demeanor with Fanone’s and suggesting it reflected poorly on Fanone’s actions on January 6.
Fanone was not pleased when Rep Troy Nehls put the blame for J6 squarely on the shoulders of the responsible parties:
He was met during a recess by Ivan Raiklin, a retired Green Beret, Lt. Col in the Army Reserve, and political activist.
Fanone, who has zero self discipline or control, became utterly unhinged, hysterically accusing Raiklin of wanting to “rape his children.” I have no idea how such a horrific thought would ever enter a father’s head for use as a rhetorical weapon against another.
Raiklin maintained perfect composure as Fanone made a fool of himself.
Fanone was previously busted for lying about his experiences during January 6th. Nobody liked the violence or vandalism from a small group of questionable people who started problems for the vast majority of peaceful bystanders (most of whom were still near the rally by the Ellipse) — but to exaggerate and lie about your own actions when your body cam betrays you (which is why he was caught turning it off by reporters in later footage) for the sake of fomenting further discord is no better. Fanone lashed out at a reporter who asked him about this as he left the House hearing:
The only reason Fanone remained upright is because A) he made sure he didn’t get close enough to Green Beret Raiklin and B) he brought friends who performatively held him back.
Fanone’s hot-headedness and political zealotry is exactly why “Back the Blue” is conditional. He’s exactly the type of person you don’t want wearing the badge.
Since he resigned from the capitol police, Fanone has shown why he should have never been hired to begin with. He says it’s time to shoot ICE agents. He whines about ‘weaponizing the DOJ and going after people like him’, which is funny considering the fucking J6 ‘committee’ was a shining example of weaponizing.
He had a crying jag in front of the cameras during the J6 committee shitshow. Video from 6 January actually shows Trump supporters rescuing him from a volatile situation. He forgot about that while he bawled.
He also went on a drunken meltdown during President Trump’s reelection in 2024.
Fanone is an insufferable, craven little twat. You’ll never see his ass backing up his rhetoric in a confrontation with ICE. He’ll end up like Renee Good.

If he were subjected to the maltreatment of J6 protesters who were sent to prison for misdemeanors, he’d have something to cry about.
