Biden proves he’s a steaming pile of shit.
President Biden on Monday commuted the sentences of 37 of the 40 men on federal death row — a list that includes at least five child killers and several mass murderers — while leaving out three notorious fiends.
In the stunning act of clemency just two days before Christmas, Biden, 82, gave the reprieve to some of the nation’s most violent murderers — nine of them found too dangerous to live after butchering fellow inmates — as part of his effort at “ensuring a fair and effective justice system,” the White House said.
“Make no mistake: I condemn these murderers, grieve for the victims of their despicable acts, and ache for all the families who have suffered unimaginable and irreparable loss,” Biden said in a statement.
“But guided by my conscience and my experience as a public defender, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Vice President, and now President, I am more convinced than ever that we must stop the use of the death penalty at the federal level. In good conscience, I cannot stand back and let a new administration resume executions that I halted.”
Biden, who opposes the death penalty, lowered each of the 37 sentences to life in prison without parole. He did not say why specifically he considered the original penalties unjust.
That motherfucker has no conscience. He has more sympathy for the fucking animals who earned their place on death row than the victims and their families.
…….Among those getting some holiday cheer is Thomas Sanders, who in 2010 kidnapped and then shot 12-year-old Lexis Roberts four times and cut her throat in Louisiana — days after the girl watched as Sanders murdered her mother on a road trip near the Grand Canyon.
Christmas also came early for Anthony Battle, who murdered an Atlanta prison guard with a hammer in 1994 while serving a life sentence for raping and murdering his wife, a US Marine, in 1987 at Camp Lejeune, NC.
Jorge Avila-Torrez, another clemency recipient, sexually assaulted and stabbed to death two girls — Laura Hobbs, 8, and Krystal Tobias, 9 — who had been riding their bicycles in their neighborhood in a suburb north of Chicago in 2005.
Four years later, he strangled naval officer Amanda Snell, 20, inside her barrack in Arlington, Va.
Iouri Mikhel, meanwhile, was convicted of murdering five Russian and Georgian immigrants after kidnapping them for ransom, which in some cases was paid before he killed them anyway.
Kaboni Savage was convicted of committing or ordering the deaths of 12 people including four children as a Philadelphia drug dealer — while James Roane, Jr. participated in the murder of 11 people as a drug dealer in Richmond, Va.
…….Biden also commuted the sentences of nearly 1,500 people on Dec. 12 who had been temporarily released from prison during the COVID-19 pandemic — including Josephine Gray, the “Black Widow” who killed two of her ex-husbands and a third lover, and Rita Crundwell, who as comptroller of Dixon, Ill., stole nearly $54 million from the 15,000-person town over two decades.
As expected, the families are not pleased.
On Monday, the Biden White House announced commutations for 37 of the 40 criminals who faced the death penalty following federal convictions, including Brandon Council, a career criminal who murdered two bank tellers, 59-year-old Donna Major and 36-year-old Kathryn Skeen, during a 2017 robbery in South Carolina.
Tuesday on Fox News’s “Fox & Friends,” Danny Jenkins, Major’s husband, characterized Biden’s decision as “absolutely disgusting.”
Jenkins appeared via video conferencing, along with Major’s daughters, Heather Turner and Katie Jenkins. With a Christmas tree in the background, Major’s three grieving family members spoke with host Todd Piro.
“I am upset that this is even happening,” Turner said, “that one man can make this decision without even talking to the victims, without any regard for what we’ve been through, what we’re going through.”
“I’m completely hurt, frustrated and angry,” she added.
Danny Jenkins noted that his late wife did not receive the same consideration Biden gave to her killer.
“She was shown no mercy at all,” the grieving husband said. “This man [Council] walked into the bank, never said two words to her, shot her three times in total, went and shot her co-worker, Katie Skeen, as well, who was totally defenseless and unaware that anything was happening.”
“It’s just beyond me that, that, it’s — I can’t even believe that this is actually happening,” he added.
Danny Jenkins then rightly accused Biden of carrying out a “political scheme.”
…….On Tuesday, Democratic Rep. Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts congratulated Biden for taking a principled stand against capital punishment.
…….Biden unilaterally decided which murderers deserved mercy and which did not, and he did so by using the only criterion that matters to race-obsessed leftists.
Moreover, every reasonable person must conclude that the cognitively impaired president lacks the capacity to make such decisions.
“Joe Biden certainly has no convictions,” Danny Jenkins said. “He’s a senile old man. He can’t tie his shoes, I wouldn’t think, if you could see him in person.”
…….He also showed far more concern for the illegal immigrants who murder American women and girls than he did for the families of those victims.
……In fact, Biden only occupies the presidency because his callousness toward ordinary Americans reflects that of the broader ruling class.
Biden can’t get to hell soon enough.
