Attorney General Eric Holder said Thursday that his Justice Department is opening a criminal investigation into the brutal execution by Islamic State militants of American journalist James Foley, in the latest move by the administration to use the criminal justice system to pursue terrorists.
……Holder, during remarks in Washington, confirmed the “open criminal investigation” into Foley’s beheading, which was recorded and posted online this week.
……”This is more nonsense,” Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif., an Iraq war veteran, said in a statement to FoxNews.com. “What’s most aggravating is that either in Foley’s situation, or the other Americans in captivity, the Defense Department is being forced to take a backseat to the FBI and DOJ.”
The administration also faced Republican criticism from some corners for pursuing a criminal investigation into the Benghazi terror attack in 2012. One suspect in that probe, Ahmed Abu Khatallah, was captured by U.S. forces in June and brought to the U.S. for a civilian court prosecution.
Obama still treats muzzie savages as ordinary criminals instead of enemy combatants and Holder thinks they deserve Miranda and Constitutional rights. Don’t think the little cutthroats don’t appreciate the gesture. When Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi was released from a U.S. detention camp in 2009, the future leader of ISIS told the American Soldiers, “I’ll see you in New York”. He also said (to the U.S.), “Soon, we will be in direct confrontation. So watch for us, for we are with you, watching.” Wanna bet he keeps that threat?
ISIS, Al Qaeda, and the Taliban are running amok and they’re not impressed with Obama’s criminal investigation. We are still at war, a fact that escapes the Obama regime.
We could pull every American military member out of the Middle East and muzzie extremists would still come here and try to kill us, because their avowed goal is to destroy the West; America in particular. Hell, they’re already here. Radical Islamic extremist groups operate carte blanche all over the country. Muslim recruitment takes place in our prisons, and Imams preach anti-American hate-speech from mosques within our borders.
And to top it off, we’re saddled with a Dhimmi in the White House who deals with the enemy threat by trading five of the worst Taliban shitbags on the planet for a ratfuck deserter.
