Casey Anthony Gets Away With Murder

Sometimes the jury system is an abject failure. Casey Anthony murdered her two-year old child and has gotten away with it.

Casey Anthony told a shitload of lies prior to her first arrest on 16 July 2008. At first she claimed her nanny had kidnapped Caylee when in fact, there was no nanny. The name she used for the “nanny” was Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez , a woman who had visited the same apartment complex where Anthony lived.

Then she led authorities on a wild goose chase to Universal Studios where she said she was employed, when she was actually fired years ago. All of which resulted in her being charged with giving false statements, child neglect, and obstruction of a criminal investigation. While freed on bail, she continued her crime spree. On 29 August, 2008, she was arrested on charges of forgery, fraudulent use of personal information, petty theft for forging $700 worth of checks, and using her friend’s credit cards without permission.

This sociopathic, unremorseful bitch partied, got a tattoo, and struck up a relationship with a new boyfriend during the 31 days her daughter was missing and before a meter reader found the two-year old’s decomposing remains in a wooded area, in a plastic bag with duct tape around the skull. Medical Examiner Dr. Jan Garavaglia identified Caylees’ remains and concluded that it was a “homicide by undetermined means.”

An analysis of Anthony’s home computer revealed searches for the terms “neck breaking”, “how to make chloroform”, and “death”. Traces of chloroform were found in the trunk of her car. The same type of laundry bag, duct tape, and plastic bags discovered at the crime scene were also found in Anthony’s house.

Chances are she wasn’t making plans for Caylee’s 3rd birthday party.

The dim-witted jurors in this case forgot about the one person that counted:

It takes a pretty sad group of idiots to observe the documented behavior of someone like Casey Anthony, look at the circumstantial evidence, and think she’s innocent.

If Karma has any say, Casey Anthony will be found bludgeoned to death in an alley the next time she parties with her friends. Until then, there will be no justice for Caylee.

As for the jurors, if they have any sense of shame or decency, they’ll remain anonymous and fade into obscurity. Hopefully none of them will ever get the opportunity to serve on another jury. Ever.
