If only Obama spent this much energy protecting our national security, fighting Islamic terrorists, and strengthening our economy instead of destroying it….
The White House is calling on other news organizations to isolate and alienate Fox News as it sends out top advisers to rail against the cable channel as a Republican Party mouthpiece.
Top political strategists question the decision by the Obama administration to escalate its offensive against Fox News. And as of Monday, the four other major television networks had not given any indication that they intend to sever their ties with Fox News.
Anita “Mao Tse Tung is a great philosopher” Dunn weighs in:
……The White House stopped providing guests to “Fox News Sunday” after host Chris Wallace fact-checked controversial assertions made by Tammy Duckworth, assistant secretary of the Department of Veterans Affairs, in August.
Dunn said fact-checking an administration official was “something I’ve never seen a Sunday show do.”
“She criticized ‘Fox News Sunday’ last week for fact-checking — fact-checking — an administration official,” (Chris)Wallace said Sunday. “They didn’t say that our fact-checking was wrong. They just said that we had dared to fact-check.”

Dunn has never seen an administration official fact-checked on a Sunday show? Well, if you include MSNBC, NBC, CBS, ABC, and CNN, you’d be hard pressed to find any fact-checking of the Obama regime.
David “Astroturf” Axelrod insisted to ABC’s George Stephanopoulos that Fox is “not a news organization.”
That’s ok Dave, because Obama is “not a real President”.
ABC’s Jake Tapper confronted White House mouth piece Robert Gibbs during today’s Q&A:
Tapper: It’s escaped none of our notice that the White House has decided in the last few weeks to declare one of our sister organizations “not a news organization” and to tell the rest of us not to treat them like a news organization. Can you explain why it’s appropriate for the White House to decide that a news organization is not one –
(Crosstalk)
Gibbs: Jake, we render, we render an opinion based on some of their coverage and the fairness that, the fairness of that coverage.
Tapper: But that’s a pretty sweeping declaration that they are “not a news organization.” How are they any different from, say –
Gibbs: ABC –
Tapper: ABC. MSNBC. Univision. I mean how are they any different?
Gibbs: You and I should watch sometime around 9 o’clock tonight. Or 5 o’clock this afternoon.
Tapper: I’m not talking about their opinion programming or issues you have with certain reports. I’m talking about saying thousands of individuals who work for a media organization, do not work for a “news organization” — why is that appropriate for the White House to say?
Gibbs: That’s our opinion.

Basically, the White House response to criticism of their puerile attacks on Fox News is “Know why? Shut up, that’s why.”
The main stream media is notorious for presenting slanted, biased opinion mixed with news. They’ve done it for decades. Walter Cronkite (especially toward the end of his career), Dan Rather, Charlie Gibson, and Katie Couric are blatantly biased, and injected their views every time they “reported” the news. Not only that, but 99.9% of the White House press corps voted for Obama, and they play patty-cake rather than ask tough questions.
The difference now, is at least one news organization isn’t serving as Obama’s government tool. They refuse to swallow the Party pabulum, and their coverage stands out so much, that even Democrats have begun to question Obama’s methods and policies.
The tactic here is to draw attention away from the real issues being covered by Fox—ObamaCare, his economic train wreck, his pusillanimous foreign policy, and his Politburo stocked with Marxists—so that the liberal media will focus their “investigative” skills on Fox News instead of the disturbing information they uncover.
Obama brought a knife to a gun fight, and he’ll get his ass kicked.
