Dems: It’s Not Obama’s Fault ObamaCare is an Epic Fail

Nah, it couldn’t be that his law is a socialist train wreck.

According to the Dems, neither they nor the little tyrant who concocted the law, is responsible.

ObamaCare architect Ezekiel Emanuel, (yeah, he’s Rahm’s brother) says that it isn’t Obama’s fault that millions of people lost their health insurance.

The architect of the Affordable Care Act insisted on “Fox News Sunday” that President Obama isn’t to blame for the rocky rollout of ObamaCare and deflected charges that the administration misled Americans about being able to keep their current health plans.

Ezekiel Emanuel, a bioethicist, was part of the president’s health care reform team for two years and is the brother of former Obama Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel.

“We grandfathered in plans,” Emanuel said.

Host Chris Wallace pressed Emanuel to defend the growing number of cancellation notices sent to people whose plans changed after the law was implemented, but Emanuel could not.

Instead, he blamed much of the problems on insurance companies and not the new law.

“The law does not say ‘Sears drop coverage!’ Sears decides what’s good for Sears,” Emanuel said. “The insurance decides how to make money. When the private companies decide to drop an individual, you blame Obama. He isn’t responsible for that.”

Newsflash, Emanuel: Millions of insurance cancellation letters state they are being canceled because of new Obamacare regulations.

From Breitbart:  White House spokesman Dan Pfeiffer tells a cancer patient that it’s her fault she lost her insurance because she chose the wrong plan.

According to the cold, robotic spin of Think Progress, because ObamaCare had absolutely nothing to do with it, it is only a coincidence that Sundby lost a health plan that she not only loved, but kept her alive.

David (“Astroturf”) Axelrod dismisses the millions of ObamaCare victims as only a “small group”.

“Hindsight is 20/20,” Axelrod replied. “The vast majority of Americans, that statement will hold true for. For this small group of Americans, it hasn’t. the calamitous thing here is that the website wasn’t up. Because many of those people who have to transition are going to get better insurance for less money, but they just can’t tell that now.”

Yeah, it’s just a website glitch that’s at the root of this problem, and you peons just can’t see the awesomeness of being forced into a substandard government-controlled medical system.

Dem Rep Steve Cohen says to “get over it” if you don’t like ObamaCare.

Kathleen Sebelius brushed off questions Friday about reports saying only six people signed up for coverage on the first day of the Obamacare website’s operation.

……Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.) who invited Sebelius to the city, bristled at some of the questions she was asked, saying “Change is hard. Get over it. Barack Obama is president, and the Affordable Care Act is the law.”

Hey Steve, we have laws against illegal immigration, but you fucking asswipe Dems can’t seem to ‘get over it’.

Cohen also refers to Tea Party patriots as “domestic enemies”.

Leftie rag Mother Jones insists that ObamaCare is broke dick because Republicans “sabotaged” it.

Amy Goldstein and Juliet Eilperin have a big piece in the Washington Post today about the disastrous implementation and rollout of Obamacare following the euphoria of its passage in 2010.

Goldstein and Eilperin document plenty of bad decisions along the way, and lots of them reflect poorly on Team Obama. Still, I have to say that my big takeaway from the article was the same as Andrew Sprung’s: sabotage works.

Gee, if only the Republicans could have sabotaged ObamaCare before it got rammed through a Dem-controlled legislature in 2010.

The Dems will never own the toxic law they shoved down America’s throat.  Instead, the “party of the working class” (that’s a joke, by the way) is spewing blame at people who tried to stop this disaster from happening.
