Former Democrat Congressman Eric Swalwell was reportedly confronted by FBI agents at San Francisco Airport on Saturday after landing there, according to The Daily Mail as cited in the source report. The agents had a search warrant and seized his electronic devices, including his cell phone, as part of a federal criminal investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct. The same report said agents also went to Swalwell’s Washington, D.C., home on Sunday with warrants and took additional undisclosed potential evidence. Sources cited by The Daily Mail said Swalwell was cooperative during the encounters, which is the sort of detail that matters when the machinery of federal law enforcement starts collecting phones instead of press releases.
The source report says Swalwell faces several sexual assault allegations from at least four women. One former staffer has alleged that Swalwell raped her twice when she was too intoxicated to consent, with the alleged incidents occurring in 2019 and 2024. Another woman has alleged that Swalwell drugged and raped her in 2018. Two women also alleged that he sent them unsolicited explicit photos. The Department of Justice reportedly opened its investigation in April, and the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office is also said to be investigating after a former staffer spoke to CNN about an alleged 2024 assault. In that interview, the woman said, “I went to the bathroom, and I don’t remember anything after that,” and described later memories of the alleged incident as aggressive. These remain allegations, and the legal process has not reached a public finding in the material provided.
A new report revealed heretofore unknown aspects of the FBI investigation into the relationship between former Democratic Rep. Eric Swalwell of California and a Chinese spy named Fang Fang, who was also known as Christine Fang.
According to Just the News, the FBI found evidence that Fang “had potentially compromised” Swalwell “with sex, foreign interns and illicit donations while she was being recruited to become a bureau informant.”
Documents related to Swalwell were declassified by President Donald Trump and released Monday by the White House Government Transparency Task Force.
In summarizing the documents, Just the News wrote that the FBI “initially wanted to investigate the congressman for a bribery scheme in which he exchanged donations from Fang for her planting interns in his office.”
However, the FBI dropped Swalwell from the probe and focused only on Fang.
“Swalwell admitted to having sex with Fang, his staff placing Fang’s interns in Congress and not having a strong enough campaign finance system to detect the straw donations she allegedly passed through U.S.-citizen conduits,” Just the News wrote, citing the FBI report.
Despite evidence against her, the Justice Department declined to prosecute Fang after she fled the U.S.

The ChiCom spy Swalwell slept with raised funds for his 2014 reelection and helped place an intern in his office, according to Axios.
Besides banging a ChiCom spy, he was pretty busy committing sexual assault.
The media knew about Swalwell’s shitbaggery, they just didn’t care.
