After just viewing the excellent video by Joe diGenova, I was struck with his comment about a FISA Opinion Report issued in April, 2016, or to quote deGenova:
“In April, 2016, the FISA court issues this 99 page opinion which I’ll bet you didn’t even know about until I talked about it this morning. This opinion describes illegal activity by the FBI, illegal activity by contractors, and it calls it the improper disclosure of raw intelligence about Americans to unauthorized individuals. All of those things the bureau did and the contractors were crimes. Now, this is a public document, it’s been declassified. You’ve not seen a single story about this in the Washington Post or the New York Times.”
The 99 page FISA opinion was new to me. I looked it up and there it is, from the dni.gov files, the .pdf:
US Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court, Washington D.C., Memorandum Opinion and Order It was Top Secret/SI/Orcon/Noforn. Some redactions but deGenova fills in the names. As far as I can tell, it was declassified on May 11, 2017.

Maybe a lot of you know about this but it was news to me. Thought of writing a bigger article on it but am just posting to get it out there for people that don’t know about it.

The Conservative Treehouse constructed a pretty thorough connecting of the dots that clarifies Obama’s wielding of intelligence agencies against the Constitution, American citizens and political opponents.
The FISA court gave Obama permission to wiretap Trump in October under the guise of national security. Obama did that in case Trump was elected, so he could use whatever eavesdropping he compiled to undermine the Trump administration. He pulled an end-around and basically lied to FISA in order to get the permission to wiretap. Mary Anna Marsh, principal of the Dewey Square Group, a Democrat PR firm, stated quite clearly that the Obama regime had been snooping on Trump since 2015, and it was widely known.
Former national security adviser Susan Rice played a major role in unmasking the identities of U.S. persons in intelligence reports connected to the Trump campaign.
James Comey’s FBI routinely engaged in illegally sharing raw intelligence with unauthorized third parties and accessed intercepted attorney-client privileged communications without proper oversight.
Over eight years of his regime, Obama was pretty prolific with the wiretaps.
The intelligence agencies are politicized and need a major overhaul. One of Obama’s last acts of malfeasance was to give the NSA increased power to do want it wants with the information it collects on American citizens. Obama’s abuse of power was unprecedented. He used intelligence agencies to target political opponents. When Sharyl Attkisson and James Rosen published damaging information about Benghazi and Fast and Furious, he had their emails, computers, and phones hacked.
He also used the IRS to target Tea Party groups.
Much of Obama’s corruption, law breaking, and Constitutional violations were well known. No one in the entire Obama regime was held accountable for their crimes. The Dems will never go after their own and the GOP lacks the balls.
