Gore Vidal, one of the Left’s most flamboyant fruitcakes, threw a hissy fit on CNN’s “The Joy Behar Show”. She’s also one of the cackling moonbats on The View, so we’ve come to expect this type of venal shit.
Said Vidal of Obama:
“I like him,” Vidal said. “I wish he knew more about the United States. I was for Hillary at the beginning on the grounds she knew how to be president. Having sort of done the job as a spouse. And then I realized, you know, he’s too intelligent for the job.”
Guess what he thinks of the American populace?
“We have the worst educated population of any first-world country,” Vidal said. “And I hope you’re listening and I hope you know that your lack of education is the joke of the world. This is not a very nice joke.”
Behar chimed in:
“I think you have a point. He’s a little too smart for the country in a certain kind of way,” Behar said. “I mean, after Bush, I don’t know if the country could take the shock of such a smart guy.”
Vidal then displayed the requisite BDS:
“Well, I was all for fighting them (terrorists) right here at that moment, you know,” Vidal said. “But I couldn’t jump into the screen fast enough to kill him off. That’s one murder that I missed not committing.”
Oh yeah, Obama is such a fucking intellect. He can’t string together a coherent sentence when his teleprompter quits. He thinks 10,000 people were killed by a single tornado in Kansas, that there are 57 states, one of which is called “New Pennsylvania”, where the “Nitally Lions” play. He also thinks the White Sox play in “Cominsky Field”, “Austrian” is spoken in Austria, and that Iran is a “tiny country”. What a Harvard-educated moron.
He’s an abject failure; a Jimmy Carter 2.0 socialist with a disastrous economic policy, and a foreign policy that makes Neville Chamberlain look like a tough guy.
Other than that, he’s a fucking genius.
How nice of Vidal to rear the ugly head of anti-Bush assassination chic. During GW’s tenure, it was all the rage.
