The head of the agency tasked with enforcing ObamaCare said Thursday that he’d rather not get his own health insurance from the system created by the health care overhaul.
“I would prefer to stay with the current policy that I’m pleased with rather than go through a change if I don’t need to go through that change,” said acting IRS chief Danny Werfel, during a House Ways and Means Committee hearing.
The statement quickly fueled Republican criticism of the law, as well as their calls to block the IRS from enforcing it.
……Werfel, in his testimony, was trying to address concerns from IRS employees and other federal workers who do not want to be forced into the so-called insurance “exchanges” — regulated marketplaces where insurance, much of it subsidized, will be sold as early as next year.
The IRS has a role in dozens of provisions in the ObamaCare mess. Its main function is to engage in jack-booted thuggery; to penalize and tax people who don’t have healthcare deemed acceptable by the federal government.

Doctors are closing their doors, UnitedHealth, the nation’s largest health insurer, is exiting the individual insurance market, and Aetna has warned customers of impending cost increases.
Estimates for the nation-wide costs of ObamaCare will exceed $1.8 trillion annually, funds for pre-existing health conditions are no longer available, family premiums will increase by $3000, businesses are cutting employees’ wages and hours, and ending insurance for any new hires.
Unions, the leftwingnut media, and the Dems who held a majority in the House and Senate during the healthcare debate, pushed this oppressive monstrosity through the legislature. Now, no one wants it. No one read the fucking bill. No one will take responsibility for consequences. Not the unions, the Dem politicians, or the morons in their voting districts who think of it as another free benefit, like food stamps and their Obama phone. As reality sets in, the rats are jumping from the ship. The Dems are finally starting to realize ObamaCare is a ginormous mistake. Secondly, they know it will be a looming factor in the upcoming mid-terms, as it was in 2010, when the Tea Party handed the Dems their asses on a silver platter. All this does is postpone the inevitable collapse of the healthcare system and with it, a large chunk of the economy.
Well, congratulations, assholes. You got what you voted for. The only bad part is those of us who knew better will suffer as well.
