Jesse Jackson had a similar fixation with Obama’s genitalia, or desired lack thereof:

I don’t like the Hildabeast either, but describing a woman as having a “set of balls” shouldn’t be a pejorative insult. I got a set of balls too, but they’re just called ovaries. I use “balls” as a universal character description, to indicate toughness, brazenness, and guts. In that case, I’ve got balls.
