Whoever, being entrusted with or having lawful possession or control of any document, writing, code book, signal book, sketch, photograph, photographic negative, blueprint, plan, map, model, instrument, appliance, note, or information, relating to the national defense, (1) through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of his trust, or to be lost, stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, or (2) having knowledge that the same has been illegally removed from its proper place of custody or delivered to anyone in violation of its trust, or lost, or stolen, abstracted, or destroyed, and fails to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer—
Shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both.

FBI Director James Comey announced Tuesday that despite evidence Hillary Clinton was “extremely careless” in her handling of classified emails on a private server, the bureau will not recommend to the Department of Justice that criminal charges be brought against the former secretary of state.
“Our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case,” Comey said.
……Despite not recommending charges be brought against Clinton, Comey delivered a blistering rebuke of her actions, saying the FBI found that 110 emails were sent or received on Clinton’s server containing classified information.
He added it was possible that people hostile to the U.S. had gained access to her personal email account.
“Although we did not find clear evidence that Secretary Clinton or her colleagues intended to violate laws governing the handling of classified information, there is evidence that they were extremely careless in their handling of very sensitive, highly classified information,” he said.
Comey said seven email chains were classified at the “Top Secret/Special Access Program level” when they were sent and received on Clinton’s server.
“There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation,” Comey said.
……House Speaker Paul Ryan of Wisconsin, a Republican, said the decision not to prosecute Clinton defied explanation, adding: “No one should be above the law.”
The decision comes more than a year after knowledge of Clinton’s use of a personal email account and server first became public. Clinton responded at the time with a point-by-point written explanation and a press conference in which she said she had opted to use her personal server for “convenience.”
But critics said she was clearly circumventing government systems in order to try to shield her communications from public records requests, potentially putting sensitive and highly classified government secrets at risk in the process.
During a subsequent review, more than 2,000 emails on the server were found to have contained information now deemed classified, though they apparently were not marked classified when sent.
So, if you simply remove the markings that indicate a document or a message contains classifies information, that makes it okay. See? I disappeared the markings that said “Top Secret”, so it’s not classified anymore. Right.
Comey minimized her crime with the idea that what she did ‘wasn’t intentional’. ‘Scuse the fuck outta me, but when you knowingly store and transmit classified information on an unsecured personal server, what the hell is your intent?
He stood there and outlined facts that supported every reason why Hillary should be indicted, and then said “no reasonable person would prosecute”. It defies logic, credibility, ethics, and trustworthiness.
The Obama regime is the most corrupt in American history. The Clinton cabal is in good company. Their criminal malfeasance goes back to Bubba’s days as Arkansas governor.
Hillary’s email server scandal continues to grow without any prosecution for her blatant security violations and law breaking.
None of this should come as a surprise. If anyone thinks justice will be served during Obama’s White House occupation, don’t bet on it. The DOJ is in his hip pocket, the FBI collapsed under pressure from Obama, and the GOP lacks the balls.
I was an intelligence analyst for the bulk of my Army career. Safeguarding classified information was part of the job. Any security violation was immediately investigated and depending on the severity of the infraction, the consequences could result in prison time. Hillary has violated every security regulation in the fucking book. She and her staff knew what they were doing was illegal, so they deleted thousands of emails in an attempt to cover their tracks.
She unlawfully used a private email server to transmit classified emails and lied about it before Congress.
When you’re entrusted with classified information, security is pounded into your head. You do not grant access to uncleared personnel. Classified information is to be stored in and transmitted from accredited computers through a secure network to another accredited computer. You do not transmit classified information as unsecured, unclassified emails.
If you’re Hillary Clinton, such things are trivial.
If I had done a fraction of what this scrunt has gotten away with, I’d have been Court Martialed and thrown under Leavenworth.

It’s basically being presented to the public as an “accident” due to “carelessness”. Most American voters have no clue that you can’t just accidently transfer classified data from a secure network to a nonsecure network. It takes a deliberate act to physically transfer it via an external medium. Hillary is extremely happy that they don’t know. And no one is telling the public this little bit of truth.
No surprise that the “Wicked Bitch of the Rest” got away with it. Wonder what she has over the director? The word needs to be pounded out to the public that she is too corrupt and dangerous to be President. There are plenty of women with the qualifications but “Shrillary” isn’t one of them. Wake up America, think for yourselves before it’s too late.
