Mexican Embassy: Illegals Crossing U.S. Border ‘Aren’t Committing Any Crime’

Hey vato, last I checked, crossing the U.S. border illegally IS A CRIME in violation of Title 8 of the U.S. Code, sections 1324 and 1325.

MRCTV talks to protesters calling for the release of U.S. Marine Andrew Tahmooressi outside the Mexican Embassy – where a spokesperson for the Mexican Embassy tells them illegal border crossing is “not committing a crime.”

“When a Mexican, or any other citizen, crosses a border, let’s say illegally, they are not committing a crime. They are doing it illegally, but they are not committing a crime. No, they are not. Check your law,” Public Affairs Minister Ariel Moutsatos-Morales says.

Before that ignorant Mexican tries to tell us to “check our laws” he needs to do it first.

Evidently, the law can be broken if you simply disagree with it. Obama does that all the time. The future Dem voting bloc (illegals) use the “better life for my family” excuse, while the quality of life for American citizens takes a hit to the gut over taxes used to feed and clothe these vermin. I could have a better life if I didn’t have taxes taken from my Army retirement pension. I could have a better life if I didn’t have to contend with stop signs and traffic lights. I could have a better life if I were wealthy enough to move to a neighborhood not controlled by corrupt Dem effete. I could have a better life if politicians would honor the Bill of Rights and Constitution they’re sworn to uphold.

The feds refuse do their job and secure the borders. The ICE and Border Patrol have been effectively neutered. Once they cross, they commit more crimes. By the way, the Mexican army has been crossing into Arizona and shooting at border agents. Instead of an “imaginary line” we need a wall high and deep, with border agents armed to the teeth.

We should adopt Mexico’s immigration laws. They’re a hell of a lot tougher than ours.

Mexico and Central America are dumping their vermin into the country because Obama lets them in.

The Obama regime has already granted them amnesty, unearned tax credits, free college tuition, ‘stimulus’ money, voter fraud, and food stamps.

Hundreds of crimes are committed by these dregs. Cop killers, rapists, child molesters,murderers, thieves, robbers, gangs (MS13s), muslim terrorists, and a slew of other malfeasants are coming into this country illegally and committing more felonies once they get in.

I’d like to see every state that’s victimized by this crime, ship the illegals to D.C. and heave the excrement right in front of the White House gate. If Obama, Biden, and Holder love them so much, let them deal with it.

Shame on you! Aren’t you aware they aren’t supposed to be referred to as “illegal” immigrants? But that’s okay because around here in Southeast Texas an awful big bunch of people have been referring to them as “lawbreaking little punks” for quite some time now.
