Mike Pompeo Confirmed to Head CIA

The Senate confirmed Mike Pompeo to be the new CIA chief Monday and cleared the way for a vote later this week on Rex Tillerson, President Trump’s pick to lead the State Department, as Republicans pushed through Democrats’ roadblocks.

Mr. Pompeo, a congressman from Kansas, was approved on a 66-32 vote, but only after Democrats forced a three-day delay, demanding more time to complain about his credentials and what they said was a confusing record on civil liberties protections.

……Republican leaders said Mr. Pompeo, a former Army officer who graduated first in his class from West Point, is the right man to chart a path forward for an embattled intelligence community.

He’ll be a damned sight better than assclown  John Brennan who forced Benghazi survivors to sign non-disclosure agreements, and opined that critics of Obama’s flaccid ‘counter terrorism’ policies were ‘serving goals of Al Qaeda’

Brennan’s views on the Islamic threat can only be described as pure dumbassity.

A Feb. 13, 2010 speech Brennan gave at the New york City School of Law was organized by the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA), a group founded by the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organization, whose members operate within the United States, with Obama’s blessing. During the speech, he soft-peddled jihad as a touchy-feely soul-searching struggle.  Meanwhile, the blood bath in the name of Islam continues unabated.
Brennan’s propensity to sweet talk and ass-kiss the muzzie zealots who commit atrocities worldwide and have stated in no uncertain terms that they are in a jihad against America, should have disqualified him from ever coming within 5000 miles of a security position. But then, look who got into the White House in 2008.

Pompeo will be a breath of fresh air:

“When I served in the Army, along the Iron Curtain we had a word for a person who absconds with information and provides it to another nation: traitor.”
