More Treason: Obama Sends $147 Million of Our Tax Money to His Hamas Pals

The SCOAMF does it again.

Against GOP objections, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton has announced that the Obama administration is sending $147 million in funding to the West Bank and Hamas-run Gaza. 
Despite a “hold by House Foreign Affairs Committee Chairwoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen, R-Fla.,” the administration is arguing the money needs to be sent on humanitarian grounds.  They did not, however, explain how they plan to force Hamas to use the money for humanitarian purposes.

And while “administrations generally do not disburse funding over the objections of lawmakers on relevant committees,” those associated with Obama have proven more than willing to sidestep Congress to place American tax-dollars in the hands of their friends throughout the world. It was, after all, just last month that the administration circumvented Congress and gave $1.5 billion in aid to the Muslim Brotherhood-run Egyptian government.

The only real ally we have in the Middle East is Israel, whom Obama continuously insults and disrespects, prompting Benjamin Netanyahu to deliver a bitch slap to Obama’s oversized ego.

Obama is awfully generous to the very muslim shitbags who want us dead. But then, his affinity for radical muslims, has a lengthy history.

Hamas is just one of the many Islamic terrorist groups on the State Department’s list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations, yet Obama and Hillary Clinton have given them aid through funding and moral support.  Last I checked that’s a violation of Article III, Section 3 of the United States constitution:

Section 3.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.  No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

And Title 18, Section 2381 of the U.S. Code:

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

That ‘aid and comfort’ to the enemy has been rendered in full view of an entire world of witnesses.  Hillary is simply carrying on the same kind of malfeasance Bubba did when he was in office.

The Dems have a habit of lending their sympathy and support to America’s enemies.

Former Dem Senator Dennis Kucinich ranted against the United States’ war in Iraq while using Syria as a forum.

In 2002, Democratic Reps. Jim McDermott of Washington, David Bonior of Michigan and Mike Thompson of California, took a special trip to Iraq at the behest of Saddam Hussein,  knowing full well that our invasion was imminent, and that their actions were an attempt to undermine the United States . Not one of them was charged.

Dem Reps. Barbara Lee, Marcia Fudge  Mel Watt, Laura Richardson, and Bobby Rush  were part of a contingent from the U.S. Congressional Black Caucus, that went to Cuba in 2009 to kiss up to Fidel Castro.

While the GOP is “objecting” to this latest subversion of U.S. security and foreign policy, none of them seem to have the guts to bring charges of treason before Congress.
