New York Officials Plead Guilty in Voter Fraud Case

But according to the Left, there’s no voter fraud.

A total of four Democratic officials and political operatives have now pleaded guilty to voter fraud-related felony charges in an alleged scheme to steal a New York election.

The latest guilty pleas expose the ease with which political insiders can apparently manipulate the electoral system and throw an election their way, by the forging of signatures of unsuspecting voters that are then cast as real votes.

“The phrase they use is: ‘making sure they vote the right way,'” said a source close to the case, which is unfolding in Troy, N.Y.  “It is not a Democratic or Republican thing. … It is criminal.”

Former Troy Democratic City Clerk William McInerney, Democratic Councilman John Brown, and Democratic political operatives Anthony Renna and Anthony DeFiglio have entered guilty pleas in the case, in which numerous signatures were allegedly forged on absentee ballots in the 2009 Working Families Party primary, the political party that was associated with the now-defunct community group, ACORN.

The four have pleaded guilty to one count of various charges, ranging from forgery to falsifying business records, and criminal possession of a forged instrument.

……Numerous voters told Fox News that they were stunned that their signatures were faked on absentee ballot applications and ballots, which were cast as real votes in their names in the 2009 primary election.

Brian Suozzo’s absentee ballot application claimed that he was “at home recovering from medical procedure,” which he told us was not true.

“Someone took my signature and voted with it and I feel extremely violated,” Suozzo said when Fox News first broke the story nationally in 2009. “The whole thing seems dirty to me.”

Jessica Boomhower’s absentee ballot application falsely claimed that she was in Boston.

“I can’t believe they thought they would get away with this,” she told Fox News. “I didn’t get to cast my vote on my own. … They’re corrupt. I am sure this goes on a lot in politics, but it’s very rare that they do get caught.”

Two of the ballot applications claimed that the voters were unavailable, because they were supposedly on a “bus trip to casino.”

And then there’s ‘gross negligence’:

The New York City Board of Elections’ improper purge of nearly 120,000 Brooklyn voters ahead of last year’s presidential primary was just one part of wider problem that extended over two years and stretched across the city, according to an eight-month investigation by New York State Attorney General’s office.

In a motion filed in federal court late Thursday, Attorney General Eric Schneiderman alleges the board improperly removed more than 200,000 voters from its rolls, dating back to 2014. There are more than 4 million voters registered to vote in New York City.

Beyond the Brooklyn purge, first reported by WNYC, Schneiderman’s office found that the city improperly removed another 60,000 voters in 2014 and 43,000 voters in 2015, in violation of state and federal laws. These actions were taken with the knowledge of borough officials and the central staff, commissioners, and executive management, who the AG alleges either did not know or did not care that they were breaking the law.

“That these things were going on reflects, in our view, gross negligence and a real dereliction of duty,” Schneiderman told WNYC.

The Democrats sure know how to rig elections.

In Texas, Dems broke multiple election laws; employing unauthorized registrars and tossing out registration cards filled out by Republicans.

Names of illegal aliens were found on North Carolina voting rolls.

During the 2008 election, our former corrupt Ohio Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner, abetted voter fraud (including ACORN) and the 6th District Court of Appeals gave its blessing. In addition, out-of-state Dem voters took up a temporary residence for the sole purpose of fraudulently voting for their boy Obama; taking advantage of a huge loophole in Ohio law. Ohio requires that you live within its borders for 30 days prior to registration with the intent to stay after the election. They voted and left the state.  In Indiana, Democratic party chairman, Butch Morgan, resigned after hundreds of faked signatures were discovered on petitions for B. Hussein Obama and Hillary Clinton during the 2008 primaries.

During the 2010 elections, the Dems picked up where they left off.  The DOJ blocked any efforts to remove ineligible names – dead people, felons, people who have moved – from voter rolls.  Justice Department official Julie Fernandez had “no interest in enforcing this provision of the law”.

The investigation of Obama’s campaign/voter fraud wing ACORN, was shut down by Eric Holder.

In 2012, busloads of illegal Somali residents were taken to Ohio pols and ‘guided’ through the voting process in favor of Dem shitbag Sherrod Brown.

In Florida,  Republican voters received puerile fake letters postmarked from Seattle, which told them they weren’t eligible to vote.  Eric Holder, champion of illegal aliens, tried to pressure Florida into keeping the names of illegal aliens on its voter rolls.  He also refused to prosecute Black Panther thugs for voter intimidation. Virginia Dem Jim Moran’s son, Patrick, was  caught on video encouraging voter fraud.

35,000 people with matching full names and dates of birth voted in both North Carolina and another state in the 2012 general election. Obama carried North Carolina by fewer than 15,000 votes in 2008.  Gotta hand it to the Dems, they know how to stuff a ballot box.

In Philadelphia, Republican registrations  were shredded by Dem ‘activists’.

James O’Keefe from Project Veritas has uncovered voter fraud all over the United States. As a matter of fact, he just did some undercover work in Colorado, where he discovered that the Dems are filling out unused ballots the way they saw fit.

Organizations like True the Vote were created after witnessing blatant Dem voter fraud right at the voting pols.  True the Vote was one of the Tea Party groups targeted by the thugs at Lois Lerner’s IRS.

There are reasons why the Dems oppose any laws requiring voters to show proper valid ID.   They would rather subvert the voting process for corrupt political gain than follow the law.
