Obama Comes to Town, Part II

Same bullshit, different day.

Barack Obama says it’s time to extend Bush-era tax cuts for the middle class — but the nation can’t afford the Republican approach of extending tax cuts for the wealthy as well.

In remarks he’s prepared for a speech in Ohio, Obama directly addresses House Minority Leader John Boehner, who would become speaker if Republicans take over the House in November, as many analysts are predicting. Boehner recently appeared in Cleveland himself to discuss the GOP’s economic proposals.

In the speech, Obama says: “Let me be clear to Mr. Boehner and everyone else. We should not hold middle class tax cuts hostage any longer.” The president says his administration “is ready this week to give tax cuts to every American making $250,000 or less.”

Obamessiah  wasted no time breaking that “tax cut” promise.

Obama is about to break his central campaign promise: a “firm pledge” not to raise “any form” of taxes on families making less than $250,000 per year. The healthcare bill passed by the House and Senate contains seven taxes that unquestionably violate Obama’s pledge.

The people aren’t buying his spiel:

But local critics of the president’s new proposals say they are not a solution to what ails America.

“I think the people are absolutely tired of this kind of spending and it doesn’t create the kind of jobs that the president has indicated that it will so I think people are ready to say, ‘No, put the brakes on the spending, give us some of our money back so we can create real jobs,'” said Jim Trakas.

Fat chance of that ever happening, Jim. You forget, his socialist “fundamental transformation” of America is diametrically opposed to free market capitalism, tax cuts, and spending limits.  It’s all about control, Jim.

Obama also mistook Ohio for Illinois. Well, he’s been to “57 states” so he’s easily confused.  Evidently, we’re all  Illinois, now.

Ohio, the North Coast in particular, has been economically depressed for years. The Dem/union stranglehold on this area is a major factor and Obama’s tyrannical  “transformation” has assured its place in the economic abyss for years to come.

It’s amazing to see how many heretofore dedicated Obamabots have suddenly acquired an epiphany.

The only hope for this country is to throw the Dem assclowns out  in November, and immediately begin the process of repealing and replacing every single piece of destructive legislation rammed through Congress by Obama and Pelosi’s gang of idiots.
