Obama the Socialist Dictator has been creating all kinds of executive fiats at his own whims.

As I’ve said before:

Obama actually considers himself to be his own government; able to bypass Congress and the Constitution to make his own rules. He also told aides it would be so much easier to be the president of China; which he has obviously mistaken for the United States.

The answer to all this is to impeach the son of a bitch.

Article 1, Section 8 and the 10th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, specifically outline the enumerated powers of the federal government. Separation of Powers and checks and balances are included in that. Article 2, section 2 gives the president civilian power over the military, the power to assemble a cabinet, the authority to pardon, and to appoint supreme court justices and positions in government departments.

There isn’t one damned thing in the Constitution which gives a president the power to make laws at their own discretion.

The 10th Amendment in particular, is the most powerful statement of limits on the federal government:

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

That means that unless the Constitution grants a power to the federal government, the federal government does not have that power. That includes the president.

He hasn’t just crossed the unConstitutional line since he got in office, he’s moved the goddamned thing repeatedly. He doesn’t just circumvent U.S. laws, he makes up his own and decides to enforce them.

He’s committed enough High Crimes and Misdemeanors to fill a damned encyclopedia.

Our freedoms and liberties have come under attack by an increasingly hostile, out-of-control, big government apparatus. If that realization hasn’t hit you with enough force, get ready for a total crackdown on your freedom of speech if Obama deems it “necessary in the event of a (manufactured) crisis”:

The White House has finally responded to criticism over US President Barack Obama’s hushed signing last week of an Executive Order that allows the government to command privately-owned communication systems and acknowledges its implications.

When Obama inked his name to the Assignment of National Security and Emergency Preparedness Communications Functions Executive Order on July 6, he authorized the US Department of Homeland Security to take control of the country’s wired and wireless communications — including the Internet — in instances of emergency. The signing was accompanied with little to no acknowledgment outside of the White House, but initial reports on the order quickly caused the public to speak out over what some equated to creating an Oval Office kill switch for the Web. Now the Obama administration is addressing those complaints by calling the Executive Order a necessary implement for America’s national security.

“The [order] recognizes the creation of DHS and provides the Secretary the flexibility to organize the communications systems and functions that reside within the department as [Homeland Security Secretary Janet A. Napolitano] believes will be most effective,” White House spokeswoman Caitlin Hayden tells the Washington Post.

Hayden insists that “The [order] does not transfer authorities between or among departments,” but the order does indeed allow the DHS to establish and implement control over even the privately owned communication systems in the country, including Internet Service Providers such as Time Warner, Verizon and Comcast, if the administration agrees that it is warranted for security’s sake.

And the mutherfucker wonders why Americans are buying up weapons in the face of his threat against the Second Amendment. The last American Revolution was fought to free us from British tyranny. Another one will have to be fought to free us from the tyranny our own damned government.
