On the 2018 Midterms (UPDATED)

Of the 50 governor seats, the GOP now has 27 GOP-led states to the Dems 23.

The Dems now have control of the House, and are already shreeching about revenge against Donald Trump for his 2016 win over Hillary Clinton.  Expect the Dems to run their mouths and try to beat the dead horse while ignoring the corruption in their own party, without much success.

The GOP maintains control of the Senate, gaining seats 56-45. The DOJ and FBI will still get overhauled, appointments will be approved and the Dem mob will have no one to work with. Their wet dreams will end in disappointment. The Dems will try to stop funding for the proposed border wall, immigration reform, and a new middle-class tax cut.

If we lose an election, we get pissed, roll up our sleeves, and go to work to win the next one.

They throw violent tantrums.

The celeb darling Beto O’Rourke was beaten by Ted Cruz in Texas. Andrew Gillum, the flaming socialist who ran for governor in Florida, was defeated by Republican Ron DeSantis. Texas GOP Gov. Greg Abbott defeated Democrat Lupe Valdez by more than 14 points.

In a boost for Trump,

……the Republicans’ continued Senate hold gives the GOP control over all critical federal judicial appointments, including nominations to the Supreme Court. Republicans flipped several Senate seats on Tuesday, with wins by Josh Hawley over Sen. Claire McCaskill in Missouri, Rep. Kevin Cramer over Sen. Heidi Heitkamp in North Dakota, and Mike Braun over Joe Donnelly in Indiana.

The best win:

Texas Republican Dan Crenshaw got the last laugh Tuesday, easily being elected to the U.S. House of Representatives after being mocked for his war injury days earlier on “Saturday Night Live.”

The entire post:

This is the quintessential shitbag Pelosi:

On Tuesday night, as it became clear Democrats would retake the House, Pelosi appeared to double down on that rhetoric, declaring that the midterms were about “restoring the Constitution’s checks and balances to the Trump administration.”

“In sharp contrast to the GOP Congress, a Democratic Congress will be led with transparency and openness, so the public can see what’s happening and how it affects them. … We will have accountability,” Pelosi said.

Not one corruptocrat in Obama’s regime was ever held accountable for their crimes.  Pelosi is a squalling she-ass who will say and do what it takes to please her moonbat constituents.  She’s listed as one of D.C.s Ten Most Corrupt Politicians.

So much for accountability.

The entire Dem party is saturated with malfeasants, but there’s one set of rules for Dems, another set of rules for everyone else.

Side note:  Zuck did his part by deleting a conservative Facebook network with 1.5 million followers right before the elections.

We patriots will fight them tooth and nail every step. They will try to stall President Trump’s success in getting America back on the right track. They will fail.

  1. Watching all this from Canada is… fascinating. What happens to you guys affects us, and also tends to spill over the border. Currently, we have our accidental Prime Minister, the empty headed Obama-wannabe, that has been diligently working to destroy our country. Provincial elections are happening, and die-hard liberal provinces (liberal is communist red, here; conservatives are blue) have been falling to the Canadian version of the blue wave and going conservative. Despite what you’re hearing in the fake news, many Canadians like what Trump is doing, and are hoping for our own shift back to conservative leadership.

I still can’t believe we voted out a trained economist that successfully navigated us through a world recession (fought by the leftists, every step of the way) in favour of a narcissistic, silver spoon, part time drama teacher and snowboarding instructor.
