The U.S. Department of Justice released 3.5 million pages of documents, along with 2,000 videos and 180,000 images, related to Jeffrey Epstein on January 30, 2026—over a month past the congressional deadline. This is the largest release to date, fulfilling requirements under the Epstein Files Transparency Act signed by President Trump.

ABC daytime talk show “The View” has spent quite a bit of time covering the fallout from the Jeffrey Epstein files — usually with a clear slant.
……Co-host Whoopi Goldberg, after avoiding the topic for a number of shows, finally broached the reality of her own name showing up in the Epstein files.
“My name is in the files, yes,” Goldberg admitted. “And what does it say? It says Whoopi needs a plan to get to Monaco [for Julian Lennon’s charity function].”
It appears a ride request was declined, and that was supposedly that.
“So in other words, anybody can be on this list,” co-host Joy Behar said.
“Well, this is my point,” Goldberg said. “Because I tell you when I’m telling you, people are trying to turn me into — I wasn’t his girlfriend. I wasn’t his friend.”

She spoke with the FBI and her claims were deemed not credible. The lawsuit was dropped. The FBI received an uncorroborated tip alleging that a 14-year-old girl was forced to perform oral sex on Donald Trump decades ago, but the claim was not verified and is considered unreliable. The information came from an “unidentified female friend” of the alleged victim and was part of a series of tips compiled by the FBI in August 2025.
All of the Epstein files have been released, according to Attorney General Pam Bondi.
Millions of emails, photos, and documents relating to the harrowing case against predator Jeffrey Epstein have been made publicly available, Bondi said.
A definitive list of 305 high-profile individuals, including celebrities and politicians, have been published by the Department of Justice as part of Bondi’s required update sent to Congress on February 14.
Being named in the Epstein files does not assume any guilt or wrongdoing to Epstein’s heinous child sex crimes.
While many of the names on the new list have long been associated with Epstein, including Ghislaine Maxwell and Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, this is the first time a definitive long list has been shared by Bondi and the administration.
It includes singers, actors, businessmen and entrepreneurs, dead and alive, who were mentioned in the files at least once.

The New York Times admitted that Trump had no connection to any of Epstein’s activities:

Documents show that in 2006, Trump called the police on Epstein to report his criminal behavior.
ABC News even admitted it on national TV.
