Hate to break it to the genius, but Africa is still a third world continent that hasn’t advanced very far past the ancient Egyptian culture that built the pyramids. A millennium ago in Africa, there were no such things as vaccinations, ‘tornado proof’ houses, realization that the earth is round, and Africans certainly did not have ships that could sail all the way to the Americas. The first documented evidence of mass human migration to the Americas dates to about 15,000 years ago and they came from Asia across the Bering Strait during the last ice age. The Viking Leif Eriksson reached Newfoundland in 1000 AD.
Matter of fact, one of the oldest set of remains ever found in North America, was that of Kennewick Man, whose ‘closest living relatives appear to be the Moriori people of the Chatham Islands, a remote archipelago 420 miles southeast of New Zealand, as well as the mysterious Ainu people of Japan.’ He was found by hikers near the bank of the Columbia River in southeastern Washington. Testing indicated that the remains were about 9000 years old.
