Ousted Agriculture Department employee Shirley Sherrod said Thursday she will sue a conservative blogger who posted an edited video of her making racially tinged remarks last week.
Sherrod made the announcement in San Diego at the National Association of Black Journalists annual convention.

For one thing, it wasn’t an “edit”, it was an excerpt. “Edit” implies “altered”; which it was certainly not.
All Andrew Breitbart has to do in court is play the wide selection of Shirley and Charles Sherrod videos, in their entirety, and sit back and watch as the jury cringes.
Morons like Shirley are their own worst enemy.
