SCOAMF-in-Chief Declares the War on Terrorism is Over

From The Weekly Standard.

In the wake of the Arab Spring, the Obama administration is grappling with how to handle Islamists, radical adherents to Islam. Particularly, the issue has come to the fore in regards to Egypt, which, as Reuel Marc Gerecht notes, “is now certain” to elect “an Islamist” as its leaders the next time the Egyptian people go to the polls.

But some in the Obama administration are now seeing things differently.

“The war on terror is over”, a senior official in the State Department official tells the National Journal. “Now that we have killed most of al Qaida, now that people have come to see legitimate means of expression, people who once might have gone into al Qaida see an opportunity for a legitimate Islamism.”

This new outlook has, in the words of the National Journal, come from a belief among administration officials that “It is no longer the case, in other words, that every Islamist is seen as a potential accessory to terrorists.”

……For the president himself, this new thinking comes from a “realiz[ation that] he has no choice but to cultivate the Muslim Brotherhood and other relatively ‘moderate’ Islamist groups emerging as lead political players out of the Arab Spring in Egypt, Tunisia and elsewhere.”

This new outlook is radically different than what was expressed under President George W. Bush immediately after September 11, 2001. “Over time it’s going to be important for nations to know they will be held accountable for inactivity,” Bush said on November 6, 2001. “You’re either with us or against us in the fight against terror.

Obama declared the same thing in 2009, and made some changes to the national security lexicon and war strategy like, “victory isn’t necessarily the goal” in Afghanistan, replacing “terrorism” with “man-caused disasters”, and removing the phrase “Islamic extremism” to fight “negative stereotypes of Islam”.

While the weapons grade idiot makes nice, the muzzie terrorists didn’t get the memo.

The jackass doesn’t want to offend muzzie shitbags who carry out atrocities and kill Americans for allah. Instead, he ingratiates himself, embarrasses the United States by kowtowing, and rubs elbows with muslim terrorist organizations at the White House.

What a contrast to George W. Bush, who picked up the gauntlet thrown by Islamic thugs, shoved it up their asses, and said, “America will never seek a permission slip to defend the security of our country”.

There are 7 months left before we see if this country has the integrity to kick his ass to the curb and elect Romney.

  1. off the reservation

Now that the war on terror is over, what now????

TSA has about 59,000 employees and a budget of about $8.1billion annual. They are 50% larger this year than last year.

DHS awarded a contract for the delivery of 450million rounds of .40 S&W HST.

Since 2002, DHS has awarded grant funding of $34billion to agencies across the country for the purchases of armored assault/SWAT vehicles to the tune of $300k apiece (a force of 100,000 vehicles). Additional funding for specialized military weapons and training also supplied.

In March of this year, Attorney General Holder outlined in a speech why Obama has the authority to order executions of US civilians without any judicial review.

While the Obama administration is reducing our Army, Navy, Marines, Air Force, he continues to beef up DHS. The type of equipment, weapons, and ammo that DHS is amassing can only be used within our borders against US Citizens since use by military constitutes Geneva Convention violations.

So, what is the next? War on liberties? War on the rights of US civilians. Comply or be …???

Go ahead America. Just sleep. Continue your slumber. Everything will be all right. Your government will keep you safe.

  4. Sorry, should have known better. Friggin server cut you short. Exactly so. Romney will prove to be a disappointing bastard but he’ll be a damn site better than the Kenyan.

  5. Love ya bro, but what part of cock sucker didn’t we get?

Bow, bend, kneel, roll over the barrel – whatever works. He lives to suck jihaddi cock and wants it shoved up our collective ass.
