The Supreme Court granted a victory to people of faith on Monday, holding 7-2 that the Constitution did not allow the Colorado Civil Rights Commission to order Christian baker Jack Phillips to bake a wedding cake for same-sex weddings because a commissioner said Phillips’ Christian beliefs on marriage were “despicable.”
The Court left open for another case the broader question of whether the government can force people of faith to participate in same-sex weddings when the government does not openly show open hostility to their religious beliefs.

That law needs to be overturned because it’s not applied equally. It’s usually practiced against conservative business owners.
Jack Phillips was perfectly willing to sell the gay couple, David Mullins and Charlie Craig, a cake. But, due to his religious beliefs, he couldn’t decorate it with a gay wedding theme. The Colorado “Civil Rights Commission” forced him to stop baking. Period. The LGBT nut bags engaged in a campaign to destroy his business. He also refused to make Halloween and divorce party cakes, but he never caught any flak for that. It’s all based on the selective outrage of groups who politicize their personal habits and opinions.
The same thing happened in Oregon with Sweet Cakes by Melissa. Aaron and Melissa Klein, the owners of the shop, were bombarded with death threats and hounded in social media. After months of litigation, they decided to close up the business and move it to their home.
They deliberately target shops they know will decline their demands. The fucking sissies don’t have the guts to try that shit with a muslim bakery.
