The Left’s Desperate Last-Ditch Attacks on the Tea Party

As the November election draws closer, you can just feel the angst and tortured agony emanating from the democrats, their media hacks, and the various lunatic appendages like the NAACP and the unions.

The Tea Party—much to the abject horror of the leftwing—is a cross-section of American ethnicities and religious denominations.   It’s entirely an original American idea. We share a common goal; to get this country and the government we elect back to the principles in the Constitution.  We also want the Congress and the Executive branch to engage in fiscal responsibility and take our national security seriously.

That sort of thinking gets the leftwing moonbats screeching.  They’re not real smart, but they sure are entertaining.

MSNBC’s standard race-baiting, with “expert” testimony:

MSNBC’s Thomas Roberts on Wednesday hyped an attack on the “racist” Tea Party by the left-wing Institute for Research and Education on Human Rights (IREHR). Roberts never once mentioned the liberal slant of the group, instead passing it off as a “human rights group.”

MSBNC can’t figure out why many women support the Tea Party:

Confusion was the word of the day on MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” this morning when the panel questioned why so many women have been drawn to the Tea Party movement.

Co-host Mika Brzezinski, The New York Times’ Sam Tanenhaus, CBS’s Lesley Stahl, columnist Mike Barnicle, and Newsweek’s Jon Meacham were initially stumped when Stahl prompted the discussion.

“I wanted to ask all the gurus here, why so many of the Tea Partiers are women. I find that just intriguing and don’t quite understand why that has happened,” Stahl said.

To which the panel replied: “I have no idea.” “Sarah Palin?” “I don’t know.” “I don’t know either.”

After nearly two years of protests, speeches, and signage, the Tea Party — it seems — is still a mystery to some media insiders.

UPenn professor Mary Frances Berry, a leader of the “far-left black political scene,” admitted:

Tainting the tea party movement with the charge of racism is proving to be an effective strategy for Democrats. There is no evidence that tea party adherents are any more racist than other Republicans, and indeed many other Americans. But getting them to spend their time purging their ranks and having candidates distance themselves should help Democrats win in November.
Having one’s opponent rebut charges of racism is far better than discussing joblessness.

Barney Frank, one of the worst douchebags in Congress, attacks opponent Sean Bielat and engages in smear tactics in response to criticism of his corruption, which is a matter of public record:

Frank — outraised by $70,000 by opponent Sean Bielat in September — pumped $200,000 from his personal retirement account into his campaign to thwart what he calls right-wing attacks from “bigoted” Tea Partiers.

Joy Behar, one of the resident cackling idiots on the The View, blamed the Tea Party for Bristol Palin’s success on Dancing With the Stars:

“Her fan base? It’s her mother’s fan base. The Tea Partiers, they not only vote in the primaries, they’re gonna vote for this also….”

The mealy-mouthed racists at the NAACP figure they may as well stick with the same tactic:

In St. Louis the local NAACP sent out a press release – yes, the same NAACP who publicly mocked and used slurs against Kenneth Gladney, the man beaten in the parking lot of a Russ Carnahan townhall by SEIU workers (Kelly Owens was punched in the face, police witnesses, on camera, by a woman with SEIU) and essentially stated at their press conference that Gladney wasn’t black enough for the NAACP’s help.
The release:
“NAACP To Release Report Highlighting Troubling ties to racist and anti immigrant groups in Tea Party Ranks”……

……*UPDATE #1: Reboot Congress notes that in particular, the NAACP’s Missouri chapter singles out the St. Louis Tea Party as hating poor people and being “mean-spirited.” RC writes:

Oddly, there’s no mention of the St. Louis Tea Party’s support of Circle of Concern and Operation Food Search. That’s what we call selective reporting. Conservatives do resent the rampant vote buying with social programs and the fraud in the system that goes unaudited. The left would never ignore a conflict of interest between monied corporate interests and the voters, so why do they ignore the conflict of interest between public largess and the welfare recipients that receive it?

NAACP Kicks Cameras Out of Presser, Lies, Refuses to Repudiate Gladney Incident:

Another NAACP douchebag has compared the Tea Party with the Ku Klux Klan and Lee Harvey Oswald, southern racists during Reconstruction, and church bombers and assassins during the civil rights era:

Leftwing media idiots mocked Sarah Palin’s historical accuracy:

During Sarah Palin’s recent stop with the Tea Party Express she told the crowd to “Party like it’s 1773!” When this hit the webernetz, hilarity ensued.

Perfunction has the full write-up.

The funny thing about this is that PBS’s Gwen Ifill joined in the melee. Gwen Ifill. Yes, that Gwen Ifill of PBS, the Public Broadcast System for which your cash money pays. This woman moderates debates.

Picture 4

Ifill tries to spin, to no avail.

Markos Moulitsas from the DailyKos, weighed in with his usual effete stupidity:

Pssssst, hey moron.  1773 is the year of the Boston Tea Party

You’re the smart one, aren’t ya?

Race baiting.  Check.

Demonizing American patriots. Check.

Denigrating minorities who think for themselves with names like “Uncle Tom”.  Check.

Making false accusations because discussing the real issues is too dangerous. Check.

Come 3 November, the Left will have a meltdown that will rival the 2000 and 2004 Presidential elections.

From a previous post:

Patriotic dissent against government encroachment in the Age of THE ONE, doesn’t go over very well with his Dem cohorts or his MSM toadies.  As the mid-term elections get closer, the Left’s rants will get even more psycho.   Keith Olbermann will  showcase his  ”American Tea Party patriots are the ”Worst Persons in the World” every other night.  Joe Klein, Paul Krugman, Frank Rich, and Maureen Dowd will scream bloody murder.  And Chris Matthews’  tingling  leg  will get a cramp.

The real fun will happen after the Dems lose the majority; as the left goes into total grand mal seizure. It will be very entertaining.

I can hardly wait.
