She appeared before a federal judge:
Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver appeared before a judge on Wednesday after the Justice Department charged her with federal crimes for assaulting ICE agents.
Rep. McIver appeared virtually from DC. She was released on her own recognizance and did not have to post bail.
The judge ordered McIver to surrender her firearms and said she cannot travel outside of the US.
This stems from the riot Dems pulled outside the ICE detention center in Newark, NJ. McIver physically attacked ICE agents on scene.
LaMonica gon’ touch any muthafucka she wants, is gon’ be touched by the justice system.

She wasn’t the only one. NJ Dem Congressman Robert Menendez was also shown on video assaulting officers. Arrest his ass, too.
Dems don’t expect, and often don’t receive, the same consequences for their crimes.
Under President Trump, maybe this will change.
