This is ironic considering his bio weapons lab in Wuhan developed a virulent strain of Covid.
According to the NY Times, In November 2023, during a meeting between Joe Biden and Chinese President Xi Jinping in California, an unusual incident occurred that has since sparked global speculation. According to reports, after the leaders’ working lunch, a Chinese bodyguard sprayed disinfectant on every surface Xi had touched, including his unfinished dessert plate. U.S. officials interpreted this act as an effort to eliminate any trace of Xi’s DNA that could potentially be collected and exploited.
Kim Jong Il’s staff did the same thing after a meeting with Vladimir Putin.
China claims terrorists have ‘armed’ themselves with AI-created genetic weapons that target specific races.
Ministry of State Security released a statement on WeChat announcing that ‘certain’ non-governmental organizations recruited Chinese ‘volunteers’ to collect biodiversity distribution data under the guise of biological species research.
The statement noted that these foreign nations are engineering weapons that hunt out genetic differences associated with ethnicity or race.
……..’Compared with traditional biological weapons and chemical weapons, genetic weapons are more concealable, deceptive, easy to spread and harmful in the long-term, and are difficult to prevent, difficult to isolate, and low-cost. Once used in war, the consequences will be devastating,’ the ministry wrote.
………..China’s Ministry of State Security alleges these foreign nations could attack its people as the organization used Chinese people to steal species data, which was uploaded to a smartphone app.
……….According to the Global Times, if an AI model is fed enough human genetic samples, it can analyze and understand the unique genetic characteristics of each ethnic group.
‘Maintaining biosecurity is a shared responsibility of all of society. Everyone should establish a sense of biosafety and draw wisdom from the lessons learned in dealing with biosafety risks, such as public health emergencies,’ said the ministry.
The news comes two years after a report claimed Chinese scientists are preparing for a Third World War fought with biological and genetic weapons.
The bombshell paper insists they will be ‘the core weapon for victory’ in such a conflict, even outlining the perfect conditions to release a bioweapon and documenting the impact it would have on ‘the enemy’s medical system.’
This latest evidence that Beijing considered the military potential of SARS coronaviruses from as early as 2015 has also raised fresh fears over the cause of Covid-19, with some officials still believing the virus could have escaped from a Chinese lab.
The dossier by People’s Liberation Army scientists and health officials, details of which were reported in, examined the manipulation of diseases to make weapons ‘in a way never seen before.’
During the G20 Leaders’ Summit, Xi proposed “a global mechanism on the mutual recognition of health certificates based on nucleic acid test results in the form of internationally accepted QR codes. We hope more countries will join this mechanism.”:
No, this is not a benign proposal to facilitate international travel and trade. On the contrary, this is almost certainly another Chinese initiative to enlarge its collection of the DNA of the world’s population.
And why does China want such sensitive data? Beijing is determined to dominate the biotech industry. Beijing may also be developing biological weapons designed to target certain ethnic groups.
In any event, the Chinese Communist Party’s relentless efforts to collect health data should be alarming the rest of the world. China’s state media claim the country already has the world’s largest database of genetic material—80 million profiles—but Beijing wants more.
Xi, in his remarks, did not propose a mandatory system of QR codes, but that is what he apparently has in mind. The Communist Party’s Global Times has recently been advocating a “green health code as a prerequisite for flight boarding.”
Already, the Chinese embassy in Canada has announced that China-bound passengers must have a QR code with a mark denoting either Chinese citizen or foreigner. The code is a replacement for the current requirement that passengers present COVID-19 test results prior to boarding.
The Chinese embassies in South Korea, France and the U.S. have similar requirements. Travelers from Singapore on December 1 will be able to enter China with a green QR code.
This is nothing new. DNA-based bioweapons research began in 1943, focusing on weaponizing natural pathogens like anthrax and smallpox, long before the advent of genetic engineering. The genetic manipulation into bioweapons research was expedited after the completion of the Human Genome Project in 2003, which detailed genetic blueprints that could potentially be exploited for weaponization.
