That question is answered by Holder’s and Obama’s racist agenda.
A member of the George Zimmerman’s family fired off a letter to Eric Holder over the death threats Zimmerman received by the Black Panthers, and the fact that Holder and Obama have politicized Trayvon Martin’s death. The subsequent hate crimes committed by gangsta thugs against whites have been met with silence (READ: Tacit approval) by the Obama regime.
The family member makes the point that Holder hasn’t made those arrests is because he, like the members of the New Black Panther Party, is black.
This is a copy of the letter obtained by the Daily Caller:
April 9, 2012
Mr Eric Holder, US Attorney General
US Department of Justice
950 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW
Washington, DC 20530-0001
Subject: George Zimmerman and Racism
Dear Mr. Holder,
I realize that you are no doubt aware of the events that took place on February 26, 2012 in Sanford, Florida. While the facts of the case have not been made public yet, many in the black community have formed what many are calling a “lynch mob” against George Zimmerman. The rhetoric from the black community has ranged from benign to incredibly violent. Among those that have interjected themselves include Congressmen (and women), the Congressional Black Caucus, The NAACP, Jesse Jackson, AlSharpton, Spike Lee, President Barack Obama, and the most violent, the New Black Panthers. Many ofthe above mentioned groups (or persons) that are commenting on the tragic events of that February night no doubt understand the laws of our great nation. What ever happened to INNOCENT UNTILPROVEN GUILTY and DUE PROCESS?Even though many feel that great strides have been made in race relations (we do have a black President), situations such as this make me wonder if that is indeed the case. There is the appearance of racism in every way this has been handled and it is not coming from the supporters of George Zimmerman.
While the rush to judgment against George has included considerable conjecture, insinuations, and innuendo from the black community, they know little of him. When the DOJ concludes its investigation regarding civil rights violations in this case there is no doubt that you will determine that the only person that has had their civil rights violated is George Zimmerman. George has done more for the black community than a lot of the black individuals/organizations that are calling for his arrest (or death). While you have never met George I can tell you that racism is the last bastion of thought for him. It is not in his vocabulary or in his conduct as an American citizen.
I am not writing this letter to discuss the intricacies of the case because, as you know, the investigation by the Florida Attorney General is not complete. I am writing you to ask you why, when the law of the land is crystal clear, is your office not arresting the New Black Panthers for hate crimes? The Zimmerman family is in hiding because of the threats that have been made against us, yet the DOJ has maintained an eerie silence on this matter. These threats are very public. If you haven’t been paying attention just do a Google search and you will find plenty. Since when can a group of people in the United States put a bounty on someone’s head, circulate Wanted posters publicly, and still be walking the streets? Many people that I know (and many that I don’t) believe that racism is the only reason that this group has not been rounded up yet. Again, we are not talking about racism on the side of George Zimmerman. There is no possible explanation for why this is not the case. The entire world has seen these threats and we can all only assume that your office has as well.
Below is an excerpt of the DOJ’s definition of a hate crime:
“Hate crime is the violence of intolerance and bigotry, intended to hurt and intimidate someone because of their race, ethnicity, national origin, religious, sexual orientation, or disability. The purveyors of hate use explosives, arson, weapons, vandalism, physical violence, and verbal threats of violence to instill fear in their victims, leaving them vulnerable to more attacks and feeling alienated, helpless, suspicious and fearful. Others may become frustrated and angry if they believe the local government and other groups in the community will not protect them. When perpetrators of hate are not prosecuted as criminals and their acts not publicly condemned, their crimes can weaken even those communities with the healthiest race relations.”
When the DOJ/FBI and the FDLE have completed their investigations, one of two things will happen. George will be sentenced and go to prison or he will be cleared and he will attempt to live a normal life. The latter will be impossible because he has been tried and convicted in the court of public opinion and he will live his life looking over his shoulder wondering when he will be attacked by the lynch mob. Based solely upon your office’s definition of a hate crime, which states “Others may become frustrated and angry if they believe the local government and other groups in the community will not protect them” is exactly the way we feel now. Further, the last sentence reads “When perpetrators of hate are not prosecuted as criminals and their acts not publicly condemned, their crimes can weaken even those communities with the healthiest race relations”. I would surmise that, based on your own definition of a hate crime, you have chosen not to arrest these individuals based solely on your race. There is no other explanation. This group has been videotaped in the past conducting voter intimidation and your office chose not to arrest them then either. What message does that send to the rest of the world and to the citizens of this great country? It certainly does not sound like an administration that is trying to move on from race problems, it sounds like an administration that condones this type of behavior and only wants to further the race problem whatever reason.
The tragedy that occurred that night had NO racial component and there are many that are trying to use race as way make money and further their agenda. It is unfortunate that the Martins have been used by the black community and the race‐baiters to further the divides of racism and not use the opportunity to unite the country. The chasm between blacks and whites deepens every time these groups show up to further their own cause. Strangely enough this case has a lot of parallels to those of Harper Lee’s “To Kill a Mockingbird”. George Zimmerman has been treated much like Tom Robinson was, chastised for not being the right (or wrong) color and found guilty based on race factors. You have the opportunity to act as Atticus and do the right thing. Your boss would refer to this as a “teachable moment”.
I mean no disrespect to you or your office with this letter but there are many that are paying attention and are dumbfounded by the inaction in this matter. There is a letter that I sent to the NAACP regarding this issue which can be found at :
This will explain to you the type of person that George Zimmerman is.
Respectfully,
A Concerned Zimmerman Family Member @ .com
I wouldn’t have been as polite, but the family member’s letter certainly gives it to Holder right between the eyes. Holder, Obama, and the rest of the current crop of Dems will never demand the same justice for those outside their ethnic preferences. George Zimmerman is Hispanic, in case they forgot.

Zimmerman supporters are some of the most vile, offensive, racial-conflict-inciting people in this trial. Just read any of the postings from the Zimmerman side. This has been transpiring since the onset of this trial. These comments have the ability to turn neutral persons into angry and hurt individuals. So, if the Zimmerman party is that concerned about the components included within this article, perhaps they should take actions to assuage the directly assaulting and insulting comments from their own team.
Also, for the record, only the New Black Panther’s party has stated its interest in having George Zimmerman dealt with in a the aforementioned manner. The other parties that you have included within this letter are innocent of these actions. I, personally, can see how and from where George Zimmerman may have gotten his racial undertones, as most apples do not fall far from the tree.
Tom K.,
Al Sharpton, Obama, Jesse Jackson, Louis Farrakhan, the New Black Panthers, and various other race-baiting gangsta thugs have been engaging in despicable hate speech, violence, and exploitation for years, and all you can bitch about is what you falsely perceive as Zimmerman’s “racial overtones”? The hate crimes committed against whites have been met with apathy. Newsflash sweetpea: Racism ain’t a one way street. No one will buy your argument, no matter how much sugar you try to put on a shit sandwich.
