A Running Compilation of Crimes and Murders by Illegals

From FAIR.US:  Serious Crimes By Illegal Aliens

Illegal Alien Violence by The Numbers:

The overall perspective of the criminal behavior of illegal aliens is grim. In a 2007 Government Accountability Office study of 55,322 illegal aliens, analysts discovered that they were arrested at least a total of 459,614 times, averaging about eight arrests per illegal alien: 70 percent had between two and 10 arrests, and 26 percent (about 15,000) had 11 or more arrests. Drug or immigration offenses accounted for 45 percent of all offenses, and approximately 12 percent (over 6,600 illegal aliens) were arrested for violent offenses such as murder, robbery, assault, and sex-related crimes.[14]

An FBI crime study also shows heavy illegal alien involvement in criminal activity revealed these statistics:

  • 75 percent of those on the most wanted criminals list in Los Angeles, Phoenix and Albuquerque are illegal aliens.
  • One quarter of all inmates in California detention centers are Mexican nationals, as are more than 40 percent of all inmates in Arizona and 48 percent in New Mexico jails.
  • Over 53 percent of all investigated burglaries reported in California, New Mexico, Nevada, Arizona, and Texas are perpetrated by illegal aliens.
  • 63 percent of cited drivers in Arizona have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that number, 97 percent are illegal aliens. 66 percent of cited drivers in New Mexico have no license, no insurance and no registration for the vehicle. Of that 66 percent, 98 percent are illegal aliens.[15]

The numbers don’t show attitude or intent. “United States is stupid … I come back every time,” asserted Mexican national Rolando Mota-Campos to a Virginia-based immigration agent after his 11th arrest — for crimes ranging from abduction, assault, four DUIs, vehicular assault, attempted robbery, and domestic violence. Mota-Campos has been deported three times and has vowed to return again.[16]

And the numbers don’t show the depth of depravity of some illegal alien criminals.  In Arizona, Mexican national Santana Batiz Aceves was charged with 47 counts of rape based on DNA evidence. He has already been deported twice for drug charges in California. Aceves also faces charges of kidnapping, aggravated assault, sexual abuse of a minor, giving police false information, providing false documents, and trespassing.[17]

The statistics are traumatic, but the anecdotal stories are horrifying.

  • A year after Baltimore’s mayor signed an order officially converting the city into a sanctuary for illegal immigrants, federal authorities arrested an undocumented Ecuadorian national wanted for the brutal rape of a nine-year-old girl.[18]
  • Carlos Martinelly-Montano, a Bolivian national who killed a Virginia nun in a drunk-driving accident, was on a new federal government supervised release program, allowing the illegal alien — who committed a series of crimes — to remain on the streets despite being subject to deportation. Rather than detaining Montano, authorities determined that he was a candidate for the Alternatives to Detention (ATD) program, which supposedly monitored his whereabouts.[19]
  • Guatemalan illegal alien Juan Tzun killed California sheriff’s dispatcher Dominick Durden. In 2008, Tzun was charged with two felonies. He pled guilty to one felony and the other was dropped. Tzun was given 3 years probation but should have been deported. A year later he was caught driving drunk. Three more years probation, but again, no deportation. Another year later, Tzun was caught driving drunk a second time and was released — two months later he drove into Durden and instantly killed him. Finally, ICE detained Tzun until an immigration judge freed him on bond. Tzun spent all of 35 days in jail, and is now in detention pending deportation.[20]

The Dems were all for enforcing the immigration laws until they became political tools.

They’re illegals, regardless of what politically inspired label they assign.  They pour in and commit more crimes after they get here. They shouldn’t be here in the first place. We have laws, but the  DemProg-created “sanctuary cities” keep breaking them.

Illegals have been receiving benefits like food stamps, welfare, free educationtax creditsmedical care, and housing for years. Enough.

The U.S. has the right to control who enters the country. There is no Constitutional or legal right for a foreigner to enter the U.S.  It’s a privilege. Every country has immigration laws, travel laws, and borders.

I like how Dwight Eisenhower handled the illegal alien problem;  a military-directed operation with a no-nonsense approach to kicking out and keeping out illegal aliens. Round them up, send them home.

Enforce the law

Deport illegals

Establish a vetting process for all foreign immigrants

  1. Portland Police Bureau Officer Thomas Layton Jeffries murdered by illegal alien in July 1997

    September 18, 2018

On Sunday, July 20, 1997 Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez (SID: 12371205; DOB: 06/08/1977) shot Portland Police Bureau (PPB) Officer Thomas Layton Jeffries, age 35. Officer Jeffries died from his injuries the next day on Monday, July 21, 1997.

Some background information on the shooting incident that took the life of Portland Police Bureau Officer Thomas Layton Jefferies:

Portland Police Bureau Officer Jefferies was killed in the line of duty while trying to arrest Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez who was wanted in connection with shooting a seven year old child. PPB Officer Jefferies was backing up another police officer when Jefferies was shot as he exited his patrol car. Although mortally wounded, PPB Officer Jefferies was able return gun fire wounding Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez in the leg.

Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez’s case was prosecuted in Multnomah County, Oregon.

In late 1998 in a Multnomah County Circuit Court room Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez was sentenced to life without parole in prison for the death of PPB Officer Thomas Layton Jefferies along with other crimes (three counts of Aggravated Murder, three counts of Attempted Murder and one count of Assault in the First Degree).

Currently Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez is incarcerated in the Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) prison system at the Two Rivers Correctional Institution (TRCI) located near Umatilla, Oregon.

Wanting to know the actual current immigration status of Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez, I contacted via e-mail on Friday, May 4, 2018 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Public Affairs Officer Carissa Cutrell to investigate if Hernandez-Hernandez was illegally present in the United States of America when he murdered PPB Officer Jefferies.

On the afternoon of Wednesday, May 9, 2018 here is what ICE Public Affairs Officer Carissa Cutrell had to say via e-mail in response to my inquiry for information on Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez:

    “Here’s a statement from ICE.”

“In November 1998, the Immigration and Naturalization Service lodged a detainer with the Oregon Correctional Institute on Euphronio Hernandez-Hernandez, an illegally present citizen and national of Mexico, after he was convicted of multiple crimes, including aggravated murder, attempt to commit murder and assault in the first degree.” – Carissa Cutrell, ICE Public Affairs Officer.

“FOR BACKGROUND: In 2003, when the Department of Homeland Security was created, the Immigration and Naturalization Service and U.S. Customs Service merged to become U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Detainers lodged by the former INS are still valid under ICE.” – ICE Public Affairs.

    Analysis of the preceding information:

The statement from ICE Spokesperson Carissa Cutrell reveals a significant fact about the immigration status of Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez.

Euphronio Hernandez-Hernandez was a Mexican national illegally present in the United States of America on Sunday, July 20, 1997 when he shot and fatally wounded Portland Police Bureau Officer Thomas Layton Jeffries.

Mexican national Eufronio Hernandez-Hernandez on July 1, 2018 was one of the 136 criminal aliens in the Oregon Department of Corrections prison system incarcerated for the crime of homicide.

  2. Oregon State Police Trooper Bret R. Clodfelter murdered by illegal alien in September 1992

    September 16, 2018

On October 2, 1992 Francisco Manzo-Hernandez (SID: 6969819; DOB: 04/23/1964) was arrested by Oregon law enforcement near Klamath Falls for allegedly shooting to death of Oregon State Police (OSP) Trooper Bret R. Clodfelter, age 34, on September 30, 1992.

Just over two years after the shooting to death OSP Trooper Clodfelter, Francisco Manzo-Hernandez was sentenced on December 8, 1994 in a Klamath County Circuit Court jury trial to life in prison without parole.

Most recently Francisco Manzo-Hernandez has been incarcerated in the Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) prison system at the Eastern Oregon Correctional Institution (EOCI) located near Pendleton, Oregon.

    Some detailed background information:

On September 30, 1992 Oregon State Police Trooper Bret R. Clodfelter stopped a car occupied by three men near Klamath Falls, Oregon. During the traffic stop OSP Trooper Clodfelter arrested the driver of the car for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicants (DUII).

The two passengers in the car stopped by the OSP Trooper included Francisco Manzo-Hernandez and another man. Both men were intoxicated.

OSP Trooper Clodfelter, wanting to prevent Francisco Manzo-Hernandez or the other man from driving drunk, volunteered to drive the men home. The OSP Trooper frisked the two men before placing them in the back of his patrol car.

Tragically, OSP Trooper Clodfelter missed a 38 caliber handgun Francisco Manzo-Hernandez had hidden on his person.

Oregon State Police Trooper Bret R. Clodfelter, while attempting to drive the two men home, was shot twice in the back of the head by Francisco Manzo-Hernandez.

Wanting to know the actual current immigration status of Francisco Manzo-Hernandez, I contacted via e-mail on Monday, April 30, 2018 U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Public Affairs Officer Carissa Cutrell to investigate if Manzo-Hernandez was illegally present in the United States of America when he murdered OSP Trooper Clodfelter.

On the morning of Thursday, May 3, 2018 here is what ICE Public Affairs Officer Carissa Cutrell had to say via e-mail in response to my inquiry for information on Francisco Manzo-Hernandez:

    “Here’s a statement from ICE:”

“On March 31, 1997, the former Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) lodged a detainer with the Oregon Department of Corrections on Francisco Manzo-Hernandez, a citizen of Mexico illegally present in the U.S. The INS previously removed Manzo-Hernandez to Mexico in December 1991 through the Nogales, Arizona, border crossing.” – Carissa Cutrell, ICE Public Affairs Officer.

“ON BACKGROUND: In 2003, when the Department of Homeland Security was created, the Immigration and Naturalization Service and U.S. Customs Service merged to become U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Detainers lodged by the former INS are still valid under ICE.” – ICE Public Affairs

    Analysis of the preceding information:

The statement from ICE Spokesperson Carissa Cutrell reveals considerable information about the immigration status of Francisco Manzo-Hernandez:

Francisco Manzo-Hernandez is a Mexican national illegally present in the United States who has been previously removed by the INS to Mexico in December of 1991.

On or after December of 1991 Francisco Manzo-Hernandez illegally reentered the U.S.

Approximately nine months after his removal from the country, illegal alien Francisco Manzo-Hernandez, shot to death Oregon State Police Trooper Bret R. Clodfelter on September 30, 1992 after a traffic stop by the OSP Trooper.

Mexican national Francisco Manzo-Hernandez on July 1, 2018 was one of the 136 criminal aliens in the Oregon Department of Corrections prison system incarcerated for the crime of homicide.
