This Iranian shitbag will be making a very nasty, sordid appearance at the U.N. next week, so he decided to add a visit to ‘ground zero’ to his itinerary? It’s bad enough that The State Department allows despots to gain entrance into this country and use the U.N. as an anti-American soap box. Now, some brain dead obliviot considered allowing one of the world’s leading terrorist scumbags to admire the handiwork of the al Qaeda he supports.
I want to know who made the decision to let him in here in the first fucking place. The decent thing to do would be to tell him not only “no”, but “hell no”.
New York City Rebuffs Request by Ahmadinejad
Visit to Ground Zero Has Been Rejected, Police Say

New York City, moving swiftly in the face of outrage from the White House to the political hustings to the Jewish community, is rejecting a request by President Ahmadinjad to lay a wreath at Ground Zero when the Iranian is in New York next week for a meeting of the United Nations.
After a spokesman for the National Security Council in the White House said that a decision on Mr. Ahmadinejad’s visit was up to New York City, the police department put out a statement saying that the idea for a visit had been quickly dismissed earlier this month in a mid-level meeting among aides of the police department, the secret service, and the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
“This is a matter for the City of New York resolve,” a spokesman for the National Security Council at the White House, Gordon Johndroe, said. He added pointedly: “It seems odd that the president of a country that is a state sponsor of terror would visit ground zero.” Minutes later administration officials were saying privately that a visit by Mr. Ahmadinejad anywhere near ground zero was “not going to happen.”
News that such a visit was being considered was greeted with astonishment and outrage by New Yorkers on both sides of the political spectrum, and not only New Yorkers but presidential candidates, including Senator Clinton, Governor Romney, and Senator Thompson, each of whom opposed the visit as dishonoring the memory of those who died on September 11, 2001.
An insult to the memory of those who died on 9/11 at the hands of terrorists, and those who have fought terrorism for years,” is how a spokeswoman for Mr. Thompson, Karen Hanretty, characterized the proposed visit. A Republican candidate, Mitt Romney, called the plan “shockingly audacious.”
That both federal and city law enforcement have been quietly considering the request to escort Mr. Ahmadinejad to ground zero during his visit to New York next week for a meeting of the United Nations was confirmed by New York City’s police commissioner, Raymond Kelly, today. Mr. Kelly, at a routine press appearance at police headquarters mid-day today, indicated discussions were still underway over Mr. Ahmadinejad desire to visit ground zero during a two-day trip to address the world body as the Security Council considers issuing stricter sanctions for Iran’s uranium enrichment program.
…Later this afternoon an NYPD spokesman, Deputy Commissioner Paul Browne, issued a statement saying the police department would oppose a visit to the area around ground zero, and said it had refused Mr. Ahmadinejad’s request earlier this month to enter the pit. “Requests for the Iranian president to visit the immediate area would also be opposed by the NYPD on security grounds,” he said.
The Iranian mission to the United Nations did not respond immediately to requests for comment. The Iranian mission to the United Nations made the request to the NYPD and the Secret Service, which will jointly oversee security for the president.
Ahmadinejad’s visit to the United Nations will be his third to New York City in two years.
…Ahmadinejad is one of the most anti-American leaders in the world and has vowed that Israel will be destroyed.
….Iran has been called the world’s “most active state sponsor of terrorism” by the U.S. State Department.
We need to take full control of who gets to come into or visit the United States. Allowing asshats like Hugo Chavez to stand up in front of an international audience and spew anti-American rants was sickening.
For over 50 years during the Cold War, the United Nations served as nothing more than a Communist forum for the world’s Bolshevist misfits. Since the Wall came tumbling down, they’ve switched to whatever lunatic fringe happens to screech loudest, pro-al Qadea included. As long as they fit the requisite ‘oppressed people against global capitalism and the West, blah, blah, blah’, there will always be an outlet for their destructive idiocy. Apparently, the U.N. has a ‘contract’ with the nations around the world, allowing leaders to speak at their assembly. The problem is, that covers anyone regardless of atrocity. The simple solution is to rid this country of the scourge that is the U.N. Kick ’em out. Let them pack their anti-democracy baggage and move to a cesspool that suits their agenda.
As a former Soldier and Iraq War veteran, I cannot believe that this country would tolerate a visit from an asswipe who sponsors the terrorism that took 3000 lives on this soil. In case you’ve forgotten, look at your skyline New York. Anything missing? I don’t even like the Japs visiting Pearl Harbor; it’s the perpetrator returning to the scene of the crime.
There are many people here and around the world who have repressed the slaughter of Americans far back into selective memories, or worse, dismiss it as if it doesn’t matter. I would gladly trade “Truther” conspiracy morons, Hollywood halfwits like Rosie O’Donnell, or anyone who doesn’t believe we should fight Islamofascist nation-states tooth and nail, for the innocent people who perished on 11 September 2001.
