Wave after wave of young men surged forward to take turns punching and kicking their victim.
The victim’s friend, a young woman, tried to pull him back into his car. Attackers came after her, pulling her hair, punching her head and causing a bloody scratch to the surface of her eye. She called 911. A recording told her all lines were busy. She called again. Busy. On her third try, she got through and, hysterical, could scream only their location.

It happened four blocks from where they work, here at The Virginian-Pilot.
Two weeks have passed since reporters Dave Forster and Marjon Rostami – friends to me and many others at the newspaper – were attacked on a Saturday night as they drove home from a show at the Attucks Theatre. They had stopped at a red light, in a crowd of at least 100 young people (READ: BLACK YOUTHS, my emphasis) walking on the sidewalk. Rostami locked her car door. Someone threw a rock at her window. Forster got out to confront the rock-thrower, and that’s when the beating began.
……Forster and Rostami’s story has not, until today, appeared in this paper. The responding officer coded the incident as a simple assault, despite their assertions that at least 30 people had participated in the attack. A reporter making routine checks of police reports would see “simple assault” and, if the names were unfamiliar, would be unlikely to write about it. In this case, editors hesitated to assign a story about their own employees. Would it seem like the paper treated its employees differently from other crime victims?
More questions loomed.
Forster and Rostami wondered if the officer who answered their call treated all crime victims the same way. When Rostami, who admits she was hysterical, tried to describe what had happened, she says the officer told her to shut up and get in the car. Both said the officer did not record any names of witnesses who stopped to help. Rostami said the officer told them the attackers were “probably juveniles anyway. What are we going to do? Find their parents and tell them?”
The officer pointed to public housing in the area and said large groups of teenagers look for trouble on the weekends. “It’s what they do,” he told Forster.
It’s what they do. It’s time to take fucking torch to that government ghetto housing area. Animals like that belong in a zoo, not subsidized with taxpayer money.
And true to racist form, some black thugs took to Twitter and used ther hate crime as fodder for their displeasure at the Trayvon Martin shooting:
The next day, Forster searched Twitter for mention of the attack.
One post chilled him.
“I feel for the white man who got beat up at the light,” wrote one person.
“I don’t,” wrote another, indicating laughter. “(do it for trayvon martin)”
All it’s going to take is one victim to get sick of the race violence perpetrated by black activists and criminals, and they will definitely get the race war they want.

Sometimes the truth is ugly…but it still needs to be told. To pretend that something is not true merely progagates the problem. To correct a problem, one must first admit there is a problem. Whites have spent billions of dollars trying to bring blacks up to an even keel with whites…they have failed. The truth is that the majority of blacks are still very racist and think that whites owe them a living. Blacks want to absorb the white race. By doing so, they hope to inherit white mental superiority…that will never happen. Whites have a thousand years head start and blacks will not catch up. There are exceptions…it must be terrible to be a honest, hard working, moral black person and be judged inferior due to the actions of other blacks. Blacks need to greatly increase inner peer pressure. They need to condemn the actions of ‘gangsta’ mentality. Until they take a stand against the hoodlums of their race (like the whites did) they will be judged as being just a nigger.
Answer to where’s Obama, Holder and Sharpton….. Sharpton is an old fella thinking it’s still 1940 – unaware blacks are the violent racists now. Ignore all he says. Holder- no comment, don’t care. Obama is a one-term president whose main goal was to teach the American public how to eat right due to the obesity epidemic. The obesity epidemic is so gross, that slim fit people who exercise and eat right are slandered by Big Fat Black Mamba B****** . They’re all on their own, no sympathy from me. I am Irish and my ancestors put with the same discrimination their ancestors did. The difference is we don’t carry it on for generations AFTER. They do.
Initially, having Obama in office seemed to calm the U.S. in terms of racial tensions that flaired up from time to time over the years. But all it did, in my eyes was give blacks carte blanche to lie, cheat, steal and beat the living daylights out of white people. Like the black racist that beat me to a pulp two nights ago for no reason other than that I wanted to use the ladies room. “Time for change” will happen when Obama is OUT of office and some real changes can be made. I am moving to an all white community – I never thought I’d have to buy a shotgun, but I will until I move. This all happened in the State of California. If you’re white, don’t move to Los Angeles.
I have experienced more hate crimes by black men and women since 1997 right up until two nights ago. Los Angeles is not the place for white people. Several years back some black “militant” types pulled a chair away from my elderly father as he was climbing stairs in a public place, causing him to fall. The same sort of thing happend to me appr. 5 years ago in West Hollywood, both my Dad and I still have scars from our falls. Two nights ago, a black woman came out of a bathroom in a public place swinging, I was knocked down three times and am covered in scratches and bruises from head to toe. Black people are aggressive, violent people and I want nothing to do with them. It’s sad – because I championed them for years against those who were racist towards them. I am moving to an all white community now and to hell with them. I have a black friend who works for the State of CA….. I don’t even want to be friends with her anymore. Forget it. Perhaps bringing segregation back is best for everyone. That way I don’t have to worry about a big black Mambo b**** coming out swinging at me from a bathroom stall just because I need to use the toilet too. I’ve never been hit by a white person. I realize there are fair people who are black who work in law enforcement and despise hearing of these atrocities – they’re doing the best they can. I don’t blame all black people. I am sure the violent blacks are all on drugs, I write this covered in bruises from head to toe and a swollen head from the concussion the Big Black Mamba B**** gave me two nights ago. I am buying a shotgun for home protection now. Never thought I’d need it, now I do.

Notice how many Occupy types are busting into stores in Texas. If one of them came at my store window with a metal pipe he would get his ass blown off. And, they know that.
Firearms are an effective tool. They maintain law and order. A well armed society is a civilized society.
According to DPS in Texas, there were 461,724 recorded active Concealed Handgun License holders at the end of 2010. That was up from 402,914 the year prior. The population of Texas was 25,145,561 in 2010. Consider also that in Texas, anyone that can legally purchase a handgun (pass an FBI NCIS background check meaning no felonies) may possess one in their automobile.
From various crime estimates, about 5% of the population has been convicted of a felony (no direct count that I can find for Texas). So about 24,000,000 Texans could have a gun in their car. Certainly there is a lot of uncertainty here, but it seems a large group beating up on someone in Texas runs the risk of the victim using a firearm to stop the thugs.
In Texas, justifications for the use of deadly force include self-defense, defense of a third person and defense of property. In every case, the justification for the use of deadly force is only valid if the individual who uses deadly force reasonably believes that deadly force was the only available means to immediately protect life or property.
In the case of gang violence on a person, if the victim believes that the activity being used by the gang constitutes unlawful deadly force then the victim may respond with deadly force to stop the action. There is no requirement to retreat. Deadly force is that action known to cause death or serious bodily injury.
Baseball bats, rocks, a large boot thrust at the head of a victim on the ground are all items or methods for inflicting serious bodily harm or death. In the case of a large gang throwing rocks and beating on and kicking a downed victim, that victim could reasonably believe that they were being subject to serious bodily harm or death. Therefore, I could reasonably expect to see the use of deadly force by the victim **OR** a third party. Third parties may respond to stop this sort of thing using the same force available to the victim.
So, if a gang stopped my truck and began pelting me with rocks then I would find it reasonably likely that I would use deadly force in response to save my life. I am not shooting to kill. I am using my firearm as force in response to the unlawful force of this gang to stop them. Do not give me crap about innocents in the crowds. If they are amongst the gang doing the act then they are actively providing support to those using deadly force against the victim. There is every reason to believe that by their actions they could be the next one to deliver a deadly blow.
My opinion is that Holder is working to create a scenario like this. Regardless of the law, Holder would move his New Black Panther thugs in to put bounty on the heads of the victims. This action would serve to create even more civil unrest. After what happened with Zimmerman and unwillingness to enforce the laws to protect citizens, Holder sees a pattern where things escalate.
DHS has been preparing for large civil unrest. My concern is that Obama is doing everything to create upheaval in our country so he can declare martial law. Note that Seattle has done just that today in light of the rioting there.
