The shooting spree at Senator Gabrielle Giffords’ event in Tuscon brought the shrieking leftwing moonbats out in droves; right after they said to tone down the heated political debate: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20110109/ap_on_re_us/us_politics_threats/
An observation from DrewM at Ace of Spades:
I’d submit it’s people like Kos and Olbermann, etc who are pretty excited about this attack. Their first reaction was to score political points with the blood of innocents. On the right, the reaction was prayers for the victims and a desire to punish the perpetrator regardless of motive.
He’s right of course, and true to form, the Left cannot contain its excitement.
This little gem comes from an unhinged loony who stood on the floor of the Senate and accused American Soldiers at GITMO of being “Nazis”:
“We live in a world of violent images and violent words, but those of us in public life and the journalists who cover us, should be thoughtful in response to this and try to bring down the rhetoric, which I’m afraid has become pervasive in our discussion of political issues. The phrase ‘don’t retreat, reload’ – putting crosshairs on congressional districts as targets – these sorts of things I think invite the kind of toxic rhetoric that can lead unstable people to believe this is an acceptable response.”
Just minutes after the shooting occurred by what turned out to be a leftwingnut mental case with an ax to grind against “illiteracy” and “government mind control”, the frothing moonbats on the left end of the political spectrum started screeching, “It’s all Sarah Palin and the Tea Party’s fault”.
Senator Linda Lopez (D-AZ) opened her piehole before she engaged her brain:
The MSM jumped on the bandwagon:
Steny Hoyer and Howard Dean play the race, “unhappy family”, and age card against the Tea Party.

Watch as Gutfeld tears Hoyer and Dean to shreds with his commentary.
Paul Krugman piped up with his usual douchebaggery; blaming Sarah Palin for Loughner’s actions.
The political well was poisoned by the Left a long time ago. Who do you think motivated the violence and inflammatory rhetoric against American patriots who dared to question the socialist “community organizer” and his Dem myrmidons in the Congress?
All through Obama’s campaign, and since he was elected, the Left has spewed vile, obscene, epithet-laden tirades, at those who opposed the Constitution-violating ObamaCare, and his “spread the wealth” Marxism. The angered electorate was labeled “evil mongers”, terrorists”, and “un-American”, by tyrannical democratic politicians who shut the American people out of the legislative process, and shoved bad laws through Congress.
Their hubris, as you can see, has not abated. Getting their asses waxed in the mid-term elections has made them more bitter and sullen.
Wanna see some real toxic behavior?
The following posts illustrate glaring examples of the Left’s hypocritical, violent, incendiary asshattery.
The next time anyone accuses the right or the Tea Party of inciting violence, remember the actual perpetrators.
Krazy Kos posted a diatribe about Senator Giffords declaring that she was “dead to him” and put a bullseye on her:
Hat Tip to Patterico:
Hate, hate, and more hate:
And just in case you think the Left is all talk and no action:
Attention, lefties: Straighten out your own bat-shit crazy comrades before you accuse others.
What kills me is the Left’s total confusion over muslim atrocities (i.e. 9/11, the Ft. Hood massacre), as in “what on earth could have caused it?”, but they have Loughner’s rampage all figured out: “Blame Palin, conservatives, and the Tea Party”!
They’re fucking Keystone Cops when it comes to Islamic terrorism, but let a Democratic Senator get shot by a leftwing psycho, and they morph into Scotland Yard:
