Interviewed outside the White House after a ceremony honoring Jewish heritage month, she urged Israelis to “get the hell out of Palestine.” And where should the 6 million Israelis go? Back “home” where they came from, she said. “Poland, Germany, and America, and everywhere else.” Such class.
She railed against bloggers, making the accusation that, “they certainly don’t have our (journalists) standards. They don’t have our ethics, and so forth.” That was pretty funny coming from a media hack that resented the intrusion into the leftwing monopoly on information, or more important, how that information is analyzed and presented. For decades, the MSM dominated every aspect of the news. The internet changed all that, much to the displeasure of Helen Thomas.
She declared: “I’m a liberal, I was born a liberal, I’ll be one ’til I die, what else should a reporter be…” She forgot to mention “biased”.

Following a testy exchange during Wednesday’s briefing with White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs, veteran White House correspondent Helen Thomas told CNSNews.com that not even Richard Nixon tried to control the press the way President Obama is trying to control the press.
“Nixon didn’t try to do that,” Thomas said. “They couldn’t control (the media). They didn’t try.
“What the hell do they think we are, puppets?” Thomas said. “They’re supposed to stay out of our business. They are our public servants. We pay them.”
Why, yes Helen, the media is Obama’s puppet. It’s been that way since he announced his candidacy.
After flying off the handle for years, her mouth finally talked her way into “retirement” in 2010.
Thomas, who was of Lebanese decent, was such a Jew hater, CAIR threw her a little party and gave her one of their Dhimmi lifetime awards.
Good riddance, Thomas.
