Meet Allison Guerriero, the Girlfriend Who Turned in an FBI Traitor Who Colluded With a Russian Oligarch

A former top FBI agent has been sentenced to more than four years in prison Thursday for violating sanctions on Russia and working for a Russian oligarch.

In Manhattan federal court, Judge Jennifer H. Rearden sentenced Charles McGonigal to 50 months in prison and fined him $40,000, The Associated Press reported.

McGonigal’s sentence is four years and two months, less than a year short of the possible maximum for the charges against him, which was five years in prison.

Rearden said McGonigal harmed national security by disregarding sanctions meant to put economic pressure on Russia.

A prosecutor in the case alleged McGonigal’s action was a money grab, leveraging the knowledge he gained in his FBI career to befriend Oleg Deripaska, a billionaire and Russian oligarch.

……McGonigal, who was tasked with leading investigations into Russian oligarchs, pled guilty in August. He was in charge of the New York FBI Counterintelligence Division and led investigations into whether Russian oligarchs could be subject to U.S. sanctions, The Hill previously reported.

McGonigal, the former head of counterintelligence at the FBI field office in New York City, was involved in the bogus “Russia collusion” investigation against Donald Trump.

……….Guerriero told DailyMail.com that she and New York-based McGonigal were living in a sublet apartment in Brooklyn and were together from spring 2017 before she ended their relationship in December 2018.

The former kindergarten substitute teacher, who has battled cancer, said: ‘I was with him because I thought he was going through a divorce, that he was finalizing it. We lived together and did the normal stuff couples do.

‘He even made a joke that he was going to frame his divorce papers for me for Christmas. I knew his wife existed. He would talk about his kids all the time, he’d talk to them in front of me.

‘But one day I received an anonymous note in the mail that said, ”I’m glad you have cancer and I hope you die’.”

‘I threw it out, and it took a couple of weeks to click where I believe it came from. I believed it was Pamela. At that point I ended the relationship.’

Guerriero, who volunteered for law enforcement causes, said she cannot remember exactly how they met, but added from the start ‘he was enamored with me.’

………Early in their relationship Guerriero said she discovered a bag of cash in their apartment in the Park Slope area of Brooklyn. It was October, 2017 and the notes were bound up with rubber bands. She estimates there was around $80,000.

‘I thought the cash was flash rolls for his agents or a source,’ she told DailyMail.com. ‘I didn’t think it was his. I was surprised he’d have big money in the apartment.’ McGonigal, who retired from the FBI in 2018, told her he’d won it gambling on baseball.

Guerriero said after the split that she emailed McGonigal’s boss William Sweeney with details of the affair and allegations of his links with Albania. She told DailyMail.com that she deleted the email.

McGonigal worked on the investigation into former President Donald Trump’s ties with Russia, which led to the investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller.

The Southern District of New York unsealed a five-count indictment against McGonigal and interpreter Sergey Shestakov, 69, charging them with violating and conspiring to violate the International Emergency Economic Powers Act and with conspiring to commit money laundering.

Law enforcement maintains he has links to Deripaska, a Russian worth $1.7billion who was sanctioned by the US in 2018 and then charged with violating sanctions last year.

Deripaska was among two dozen Russian oligarchs and government officials blacklisted by Washington in reaction to Russia’s alleged meddling in the 2016 election to help Donald Trump become president.

Both McGonigal and Shestakov are accused of receiving payments through shell companies and forging signatures to keep it secret that Deripaska, 55, was paying them.

In typical FBI fashion, they tried to cover up the treason and bullied the person who reported it.

“Crossfire Hurricane” was the catchy code phrase for Comey’s mission to undermine the 2016 election and attempt a coup d’état against President Trump. The IG report by Michael Horowitz exposed the intent of the FBI hierarchy who hated Trump and concocted a scheme to investigate his campaign. They lied to the FISA court, falsified documents, withheld evidence and used a confidential source who stated in no uncertain terms that his goal was to prevent a Trump presidency.

McGonigal was prosecuted for engaging in the same kind of crimes and corruption as the FBI hierarchy. Especially since they offered to pay former MI6 lowlife Christopher Steele $1 million to fabricate a lurid dossier for an attempted coup d’état against a duly elected President.

Hillary Clinton accepted millions in payola from Putin when she sold him 25% of our Uranium for nuclear weapons. Biden also took bribes from Ukraine. The FBI didn’t seem too concerned.

The FBI needs to be purged from the top down.
