When you factor in people who can’t work, won’t work, have stopped looking for work, are ‘underemployed’, and whose unemployment benefits ran out, it’s actually 15.1%
The U.S. economy created just 80,000 jobs in June and the unemployment rate held steady at 8.2 percent, reflecting continued slow growth in the economy with the presidential election just four months away.
The Bureau of Labor Statistics said private payrolls increased 84,000, while the government lost 4,000 jobs. Economists expected job growth of about 100,000 and the unemployment rate to be unchanged, though many had increased their forecasts based on some recent indicators.
With yet another month of weak employment growth, the second quarter marks the worst three-month period in two years.
Upon hearing the news, Dow Jones plummeted 100 points.
Unemployment for Obama’s voting bloc is dismal. Hispanic unemployment (not counting illegal aliens) is at 11%, the black population is at 14.4%. Unemployment for white men and women was unchanged at 7.4 percent, although from what I’ve seen, that figure seems low. 780,000 more women are unemployed today than when Obamessiah took office.
Under Obama, disability claims have risen by 3.1 million. With all these people out of work, it damned sure wasn’t due to job-related injuries. Just last month, 85,000 left the workforce and signed up for Social Security Disability Insurance. Un-fucking-believable. Obama’s socialist taxpayer-funded Nanny State is a bug light for derelicts. His Keynesian economics and Cloward-Piven strategy encourages the bloated welfare state and a goal of centralized government control of the economy.

DAMMIT! It is Bush’s fault!!! Get that through your heads already! Obama tried, really, Obama tried. How can anyone get anything done when you have your own Congress to do anything that you want for two years. Two years to pass the most intrusive health care plan any Communist could dream of. Who needs a budget?? With only 90 golf games under his belt by Dec 2011 for this presidency, what is a President to do??
Maybe we need to put Obama on a permanent golf round…
