They missed the part in the SCOTUS decision that struck down the government induced individual mandate, but upheld it as a tax. But then, they didn’t read the fucking bill in the first place before they rammed Obama’s socialist Frankenstein through the legislature.

The official sign-up season for President Barack Obama’s health care law may be over, but leading congressional Democrats say millions of Americans facing new tax penalties deserve a second chance.
A second chance? Obama’s been busy destroying America for the last 6 years. I want a do-over, retroactive to 2008.
Three senior House members strongly urged the administration Monday to grant a special sign-up opportunity for uninsured taxpayers who will be facing fines under the law for the first time this year.
The three are Michigan’s Sander Levin, the ranking Democrat on the Ways and Means Committee, and Democratic Reps. Jim McDermott of Washington, and Lloyd Doggett of Texas. All worked to help steer Obama’s law through rancorous congressional debates from 2009-2010.
By ‘rancorous’, that means smart people who opposed ObamaCare were labeled “Nazis, “evil mongers”, “anarchists” and “terrorists”, by the same assholes who wouldn’t dare subject themselves to the same screwed up healthcare system.
The lawmakers say they are concerned that many of their constituents will find out about the penalties after it’s already too late for them to sign up for coverage, since open enrollment ended Sunday.
What a co-in-i-dink. Dems who supported ObamaCare insisted they had to “pass it to find out what was in it”.
……The fines are collected through the income tax system.
There are 21 tax increases in all.
Millions of people lost the affordable healthcare plans they already had because ObamaCare declared them null and void.
The 2010 Dem majority rammed that fucking atrocity through Congress in spite of all the hell raised by a large segment of the population who knew damned well what was in it. It’s a toxic law that will increase family premiums by $3000, hike taxes on the Middle Class, create death panels, and will cost an estimated $1.8 trillion annually.
The same bill that no one in the DemProg constituency bothered to read, does not say that the federal government will provide subsidies; it leaves that up to the states. It says that the states must provide exchanges for healthcare. Jonathan Gruber, one of the ObamaCare architects, bragged that the law was designed to take advantage of ‘stupid American voters’, and further said that the tactic was done on purpose to put political pressure on all of the states to sign up and support ObamaCare.
Well, 26 states so far have refused to do that because they simply can’t afford it. So, in order to fix the subsidies problem, the ObamaCare website is trying to offer federal subsidies, which is illegal. The federal government cannot legally provide subsidies for ObamaCare. Which leaves the burden of tax penalties in place without any sort of assistance. Oh, well. You Obama bots supported this. Sucks to be you.
Liberals, slobbering media tools, and minorities voted for the sorry sack of shit who sits in the White House, because they thought the Chocolate Jesus would soothe away all of the nightmares of the Republican boogeyman, and they would get entitlement freebies.

What kills me are the ads for Obama care that I hear on the radio, touting how most folks get “assistance” from the gubment to help pay for their gubment mandated insurance. Right.
