Obama’s response to the violence against the protesters:
…”I am deeply troubled by the violence I have been seeing on television. I think the democratic process, free speech, the ability of people to peacefully dissent — all those are universal values and need to be respected. And whenever I see violence perpetrated on people who are peacefully dissenting, and whenever the American people see that, I think they are troubled.”
Meanwhile, the Iranian mullahs are doing a half-assed “recount”, protesters are being arrested and beaten (to death in some cases), reporters are being kicked out, and internet comms have been shut down.
Which deeply troubles JesusChristObamessiah.
Here’s a video compliation of the protests/crackdown courtesy of Breitbart.

There’s also reports that opposition leader Mir Hossein Mousavi was arrested.

The likely scenario in Iran:
An official declaration of Ahmadinejad’s “victory” by the mullahs, total squelching of dissent, and a propaganda offensive designed to prop up their national pride when Iran’s nuclear program produces a weapon.
Count on Obama following through with his ‘without preconditions’ dialogue.
